I had a foster dog that delivered stillborn pups. She frantically looked for them constantly. I gave her small stuffed animals , she would carry them around and hide them . I didn’t realize she needed to see her dead puppies and thought by removing them it was helping her not be heartbroken. It was very sad but i learned from her .
