The jury selection should be comprised of majority black jurors! Why not? Countless black people have been tried by all white Jurors in the past. There is nothing wrong with having an all black jury if this gets George Floyd the justice he deserves. This is equity! Glad to hear that Attorney General Keith Ellison raised the third degree murder charge against Derek Chauvin to second degree murder. It’s an overdue but welcome step towards justice for George Floyd. Also great that Tou Thao, Alexander Kueng, and Thomas Lane will be charged too

Thats not how the law works I’m afraid. It’s very difficult to prove that the officer on Floyds neck did have time to premeditate while the other officers didn’t. I think second degree murder charges for all officers is most likely to result in a guilty verdict.
