    1. Such a basic/obvious notion here in my country and you had to underline the importance of it in a rush only cause Trump is on the ballot, unbelievable and I thought you were the democracy to look up to, such a crock of sh

  1. “Donald Trump’s re-election campaign poses the greatest threat to American democracy since World War II.” — The New York Times editorial board

  2. I have seen a lot these many months about Americans decrying wearing protective masks, etc. because they, “Take away freedom.” On this solemn Election Day let me post my reply to these concerns – No one is taking away our freedoms. We are a county founded on the rule of law. We have seatbelt laws and second-hand smoke laws. These are two examples of laws enacted to protect us often from our own ignorance, greed and selfishness. When functioning properly our representatives in government have the ability, as defined by constitutions, charters, etc., to do those things we cannot do by all by ourselves. This may include building highways, providing K-12 education and let’s not forget protecting us from deadly forest fires, hurricanes, etc. Governors, legislators and judges from the three branches of government, in addition to the fourth estate (media), are working as best as they can, as quickly as they can and with the best available public health information to keep us safe and to prevent us from hurting or killing each another. If they need to do this by decree or executive order those are legal provisions allowed them by especially during emergencies i.e. they are doing their jobs. Although some are doing the best they can to save lives, like Governor Inslee (WA), others are literally killing people. Take Trump and his super spreader events. A Stanford University study found his rallies have killed 700 people and infected 30,000. Columbia University published a study recently on how 130,000-210,000 lives could have been saved if this administration and his political devotees had not politicized a pandemic that has infected over 45 million and killed 1.2 million world-wide – so far. (40% of the infected are asymptomatic and never know they may be spreading COVID.) The good news is that by taking basic precautions the University of Washington projects we can save over 130,000 lives by February 1, 2021. Remember, this virus is at least 8X deadlier than the 2019 flu and so far the third leading cause of death in the US only behind heart disease and cancer. You can fact check all of this information yourself. Facing the truth is empowering, freeing. The sooner the more people accept reality, the sooner we can recover together as a country – and grieve those we have loved and lost. Let me add one last thing – we are lucky. Do the people complaining about wearing a mask really have no idea what is a true loss of freedom? Have we learned nothing from history: slavery, disenfranchisement, imprisonment in jails, ghettos and concentration camps, inscription into armies, forced marriage, starvation… Over 85,000 children in Yemen have died since 2018 directly because of US foreign policy. Currently, another 100,000 Yemen children are starving but we can still save them by providing immediate emergency assistance with our International allies. We just have to care enough about their freedom, their literal right to life. I’d like to believe we are capable of understanding what false equivalences are. Please take care, stay safe out there and thank you.

    1. Your comment was both accurate and inspiring, as well as eloquently stated. Thank you for putting things in perspective on this day when we continue to exercise our freedom bequeathed to us by our Forefathers in our outstanding Constitution. In the words of a song “let freedom ring.”

  3. We need transparency and unified plan, we dont want president who dare to risk the safety of American and not telling the truth , leave american unprepared when pendemic getting worse and unhandled. Vote for sincere and caring future leader , not vote for a rude + reckless leader with no intergrity except blaming and insulting . Lets Go for BIDEN 2020. Turn the table

    1. I love your comment.I think.many people feel this way also.I hope Biden wins because our country can’t take 4 more years of tRump. tRump will bankrupt america and we will be taxed more to pay for his greed and corruption.stay safe.😷✌

    2. I VOTED 🗳 for no one ☝️ this morning 🙂 because there are no altruistic egalitarian presidential choices for our ( low IQ population ). My soul has been preserved and not corrupted. R.I.P USA 🇺🇸

    3. @SmokingOut Elitism
Children and semantics are so cute!
      You’re a true Patrick Henry!
      😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  4. Simply wearing a mask will greatly reduce respiratory droplets and aerosols that are highly contagious…….How this becomes an infringement on rights is ridiculous…… Calling yourself a patriot does not make you one. ………….Acting responsibly, with your fellow citizens health concerns in mind, is our patriotic duty………AMERICA STRONG 💪

  5. It’s an insult to people before us who fought and died for us to vote for us to waste our vote. When we don’t vote we are basically telling them I don’t care for the sacrifices these people made for us.

    1. @alex silent That’s a stupid comment. It’s people like you then need to keep their opinions to themselves if they don’t vote. No vote no voice.

    2. @Linda Then tell me what is the difference between Biden or Trump? Which one of them is going to put an end to endless American wars?… Address wealth inequality?… Fight against corruption in Pentagon and Wall Street?… They both agree on all of the most important topics, which means voting is meaningless, democracy is dead.

  6. Rest in peace John Lewis .. I will always remember what you said about “Good Trouble” .. SALUTE to you sir.

  7. In May of 2018, when China’s President Xi Jinping, leader of the COMMUNIST PARTY of China, changed the country’s constitution to allow him to stay in power indefinitely, Trump, who admires dictators, said it was a good idea, and he had dreams of doing the same thing.

During remarks at Mar-a-Lago, delivered inside the ballroom during a lunch and fundraiser, Trump praised the Chinese president’s power grab, and said he wouldn’t mind trying it himself.

Trump: “He’s now president for life. President for life. No, he’s great,” Trump said. “And look, he was able to do that. I think it’s great. Maybe we’ll have to give that a shot someday.” Trump actually said that.

Trump is currently working on giving it a shot as we speak.

At the close of the Constitutional Convention of 1787, Benjamin Franklin was asked a question as he left Independence Hall on the final day of deliberation. In the notes of Dr. James McHenry, one of Maryland’s delegates to the Convention, a lady asked Dr. Franklin: “Well Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?”

Benjamin Franklin replied: “A republic….if you can keep it.”

Trump is now telling us that we can no longer keep it..

This election will determine whether or not we keep our 244 year old democratic republic, or see it replaced with a tyrant and his despotic monarchy. Make no mistake, America is in a fight for it’s very survival, and Trump has made it abundantly clear that this country isn’t big enough for him and our democratic republic, so therefore one of them MUST GO!!!
On Nov 3rd, make a decision. Who’s side are you on?

    Biden/Harris 2020💙

    1. Today Donalds voice sounds hoarse, froggy & squeaky. He looks & sounds dejected & extra sad & pathetic.

    2. I dont remember hearing him decree that in a press conference. How come Trump always says these sensational claims to empathic loonies like yourself and not to anyone else.?

  8. You know who else tries to steal elections and doesn’t want people to vote?
    Dictators.

Looking good there, t’rump supporters! 😂🤣

  9. And some things never change. Conservatives have been trying to toss out your votes in multiple states. The Republican party doesn’t believe you should have the right to vote, and even when you do, they’re actively trying to make sure that your vote isn’t counted. Let that sink in for a moment.

The Republican party foolishly believes this will hurt Dem voters more. Tossing out any vote, no matter who it’s from or who it’s for, is the height of voter fraud, and a gross violation of our most basic constitutional right–the right to vote. Every American should be outraged over this.

  10. For those who love peace and non-discrimination, they will definitely choose Jeo Biden, but for those who want power and greatness, they will choose Drump

    1. @Diana Hulstine If they’re Trump supporters, why didn’t the Democrat Governors and Mayors of these states and cities want the Feds to get involved and arrest them?
Why have Hollywood/other celebrities bailed them out? (were they really bailing out Trump supporters?)
Why were the DAs in Democrat cities releasing people who were arrested?
Why were police in Democrat cities told to stand down?
You’d think that these Democrat Governors and Mayors would love for Trump supporters to be arrested but they didn’t want the culprits arrested (because leftists are the ones rioting).

*AUG 13, 2020:* _the NY Post_ “BLM organizer who called LOOTING ‘reparations’ dismisses peaceful protesting”
*“The Chicago Black Lives Matter organizer who JUSTIFIED LOOTING as “reparation”* has doubled down — insisting this week that even *CALLING SOMEONE a criminal is “BASED on RACISM.”*

  11. God bless America, go and get that dangerous clown out the WH and get your house in order again.💖💗💝💝
