Actually read it – it’ll take an hour or two but it’s time well spent – and please pay particular attention to the paragraph where Meuller makes it clear that the ONLY reason he didn’t indict tRump was that he didn’t feel it was within his authority to indict a sitting president but that he had more than enough evidence to do so.
