  1. These laws go against the Charter of Rights and Freedoms which is the highest law in the land. These “laws” cannot override the Charter. This legislation will be challenged and defeated.

    1. Charter, Section 7
      2. (iii) Right to security of person. Security of the person includes a person’s right to control his/her own bodily integrity. It will be engaged where the state interferes with personal autonomy and a person’s ability to control his or her own physical or psychological integrity.
      2. (ii) Right to liberty. Section 7 also protects a sphere of personal autonomy involving “inherently private choices” that go to the “core of what it means to enjoy individual dignity and independence”

    1. income tax was supposed to be temporary.. middle eastern intervention was supposed to be temporary.. printing money was supposed to be a temporary solution for the recession we are in.. now they are probably going to have to double the GST lol

  5. Someone needs to challenge this based on the charter of basic human rights.this is not appropriate. This is not Canadian.

  6. November 1 Quebec Press Conference: ‘anyone who is caught outside of their home in Quebec without at least 3 masks on their face? Will immediately be shot’.
