Cuomo is fighting for New Yorkers, not denying treatment. I applaud his leadership efforts. Trump shut down travel to and from China within 10days of this virus becoming known about. He was called racist on news media like this and the WHO said he didn’t need to shut down the borders at that stage even though The Chinese had been travelling around the world for a month and a half by this time.
