"We have to choose, because Republicans cannot both be loyal to Donald Trump and loyal to the Constitution," Cheney said during an address at the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California.

While condemning Trump's seeming encouragement of rioters who attacked the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, Cheney also chided unnamed Republican leaders "who have made themselves willing hostages to this dangerous and irrational man."

Speaking to a largely friendly crowd – organizers of the event expressed concern about hecklers – Cheney also told fellow Republicans that they stand at "the edge of an abyss" and "we must pull back."

  1. After losing so much to stock market, One best investment decision I ever made afterwards was investing in financial markets. Which has earned me $34,970 profit every 14days lately. Trust me guys it pays a lot..

    4. Mrs Charlotte Bates is my professional assistant, I have been trading with her for 3 months now… I’ve really made over $200,000 from her strategies in trading of cryptocurrencies.

    1. @America Wait, Liz used it for her campaign but she is loosing by 40 points? But she knew she was going to lose? 🤣
What kind of mental gymnastics did you have to do to come to that conclusion?🤡

    2. @America oh, so you Vote with your feelings and not facts?

One day there will be a program where your grandchildren will be able to look at everything you have ever posted online. They will know exactly who you are and the things you’ve said thinking no one would ever find out 😉

    1. @Keat W If Hitler’s daughter was a good person, then yes. Again, you can’t blame an innocent person for a relative’s mistakes. For example, if someone had a horrible parent, and the child is a good person, does that make the parents actions the child’s fault? I mean why should I even have to teach common sense to you? Give me a break.🙄

    1. I’m not sure what fiasco you’re referring to. Hutchinson was quite eloquent on what The Donald really did that day and Liz Cheney was fabulous. Just because you didn’t like hearing it doesn’t make it less true. Dump Trump!!

    2. You can certainly wish it but Liz Cheney is an American hero. America loves her. She is everything this country needs.

    1. I just wrote the same thing (plus adding that the applause was by a room filled with Republicans, which other news sources included and commented on). Then I started to read the comments and saw yours from 1/2 day ago. So just wanted to thank you.

    1. @S C exactly what popped into my mind: with the “lol” because I find nothing funny here.

  2. Why did you cut out the standing ovation Applause by a room full of Republicans??? Other news sources were sure to include and comment on this very important fact! Boo to your editing.

  3. God bless Ms. Cheney & give her more courage to stand tall in front of small people like her opponent (& even some politicians without a conscience). Also hope that the people of WY see her as a true leader, who will champion for them instead of saying ‘yes sir/yes ma’am’ to crooked people. What a breath of fresh air.

  4. Abraham Lincoln said, “We must disenthrall ourselves then we will save our country.” I am (mostly) a democrat but if I lived in Wyoming I would certainly vote for Liz Cheney. Were she to run for president, I would likely vote for her for that office as well. She is a superior women of character and integrity. Wyoming and the country cannot afford to lose her in the house.

In fact, I intend to express my gratitude for her service by contributing to her campaign.
