The Senate intel report has revealed that Trump’s campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, and Konstantin Kilimnik, a Ukrainian-Russian who headed Manafort’s office in that country, posed a ‘grave security threat.”
Kilimnik is a Russian intelligence officer,” the report said. Manafort’s willingness to share information with Kilimnik and other people affiliated with the Russian intelligence services, it added, “represented a grave counterintelligence threat.” The 50-year-old Kilimnik was Manafort’s right-hand man in Ukraine.
Kilimnik rose to run Manafort’s operations in Ukraine after Manafort helped Ukrainian candidate Yanukovych win the election in 2010. When Yanukovych fled the country following a pro-Western revolution in 2014, Manafort and Kilimnik continued to work with pro-Russian Ukrainian parties and politicians.
Kilimnik was also the main contact with the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, with whom Manafort had business dealings. Kilimnik served as a liaison between the two men, and their relationship continued during the U.S. presidential elections.
Manafort, Kilimnik and their associates took extensive measures to hide and destroy their communications, the report asserts.
Kilimnik was born in Ukraine but attended a military language institute in Moscow from 1987 to 1992 during the collapse of the Soviet Union. The institute was linked to the Russian military intelligence agency, or GRU.
When the full extent of Trump’s treachery, crimes, and betrayal of this country are revealed, it will be far worse than most people ever imagined.

Don’t let anyone stop you from exercising your Constitutionally Guaranteed Right to Vote. When you get your ballot, fill it out carefully. Then put your ballot in the Inner Secrecy Envelope, and insert in the Outer Declaration Envelope, and sign it. Mail back, AT LEAST 2 WEEKS before Nov. 3rd. OR, Drop Off/deliver in-person at an Authorized County Registrar Office or Drop Box, AT LEAST ONE WEEK before election day. Check your drivers license and try to match your signature before signing the Ballot or Outer envelope. If you Mail-in your Ballot late, you can go to the polls and try to vote. If there’s an indication at the polling place that you’ve requested a Mail-in Ballot, you will be given a provisional ballot which won’t be counted if you’re Mail-in Ballot arrives in time to be counted.

No voter should be obliged to register any party allegiance on a form prior to voting. It is those registration forms which don’t just register you as a voter but which name a particular party which makes the sale of these lists useful in targeting voters, and starting targeted harrasment on that basis – not to mention enabling gerrymanders and removal of polling stations from that information. Register as independent, if you must. No-one should be able to sell information about you, and that information is only ‘sell-able’ because it classifies you by registered party preference. Don’t tell them – let your ballot speak.

@Margaret Nicol Absolutely. And it is also weird – if you’re not American – to see people who are not politicians labelling *themselves* as Republican or Democrat, rather than just an American voter. It seems to create a sort of tribalism which then acts as a drag when the prospective employers of a politician – the voters – consider the candidates. As if you’re not allowed to just pick the best person able to do the job. You have to pick ‘one of our sort’… when that is applied to ordinary job-interviews we’d call it racism, or sexism, or some other form of unacceptable prejudice. But that’s the American way.
@Semper Fortis That’s another difference from most countries. If a person commits a crime, they have to suffer the consequences. But the crime has nothing to do with being born in America and in most countries your right to vote is about where you were born, or where you have been naturalised. It’s inalienable. I’ve seen it argued that one of the reasons for the concerted efforts to jail Americans of African descent, and to put them away for very long periods, even for relatively minor crimes, is that in that way they can be deprived forever of their citizens’ rights, and also denied the opportunity to have children. It is inherently a racist effort to ‘blank’ a whole generation. I’m not sure of the exact number, but I think there are currently about 2 million Americans of African or Afro-European descent in jail. It would be a scandal in any other country – but that’s the American way. Efforts to restore the vote to a person who has served their time is only reasonable, it seems to me. ‘Felon’ is a temporary, not a permanent, characteristic. Christians should remember that according to the laws of his country, Christ was not only a felon, but one convicted of a capital offense. He had no vote, either, of course.
This information is exactly why Trump had his Commission on voter fraud created (which didn’t survive one year), not to find voter fraud but to gain access to every State’s Registration data by having them turn it over to them so that the GOP could manipulate and target voters like they did in 2016 (when they operated a massive voter _depression_ campaign, not to get voters to vote for them but to get voters to not vote at all). There is an interesting video about this campaign. They had millions of profiles of individual voters and used specific ads to discourage these voters from voting. I am glad not many States turned their voter data in to the Commission.
I think it’s interesting so many evil leaders/actors are supporting the man who claims to “drain the swamp”. Seems more like he’s turning it into a Spa for our adversaries.
