A rented Tesla stunt crash resulted in a hit-and-run accident.

The Los Angeles Police Department is searching for the driver behind a Tesla stunt gone wrong and named a TikToker as a person of interest.

According to a tweet from the LAPD Central Traffic Division, over 90% of the tips it has received point to TikTok star @dominykas, or Dominykas Zeglaitis, who claimed he was the driver in a series of videos on social media.

  1. Great reporting… what did the police find out when they spoke to the person who rented the vehicle?

    1. There’s several accounts it’s not him, so they probably don’t want to jump the gun (lol) and nab him. There were a ton of people at the car meet prior to this stunt, so I expect the driver will be named with how big the social media presence is for this type of hobby.

  2. If the person who rented the Tesla wasn’t the driver and didn’t report it stolen, they know who was driving… ๐Ÿ‘€
