@seen.3 I would say the reporter is being very nice and friendly to him. The difficult question, “Like do you think you are overpaid?” are not being asked. Instead, she is smiling and nodding and letting the CEO talk about how great he is and how much he loves the customer.

He’s clueless. I’ve been a driver for Lyft and Uber since 2018 and it’s been getting worst. The CEOs truly don’t know what drivers and riders want; they create these dumb features that nobody cares about. I mean how stupid of him to say they want the passenger to pass on the stress to Lyft for airport pickups. That’s really lame and just shows you how out of touch he is from what we really want and care about.
They don’t give a 💩 about you. Make them money. They make more than you each ride.
