I don’t understand, if people live within these gates what other option do they have if the gates are bolted? Something is a bit off here… I hope they are able to come up with a solution. This gentleman obviously felt he had no choice, due to extenuating circumstances. I hope they will be lenient as he doesn’t seem to be a bad person. Unfortunate.
