I’m learning not to be so critical of Joe Biden in terms of the way he delivers sometimes (not saying I still won’t hold account of his words) but I’m starting to understand his stutters and jumbled words are not at all an indication of a decline. In his mind and heart his vision is clear, his intelligence is sharp, above all else his empathy is genuine.Which is what this country needs. He’s under immense pressure to get this right. I can understand if his inner child that stuttered comes through from time to time. I also understand some people are just doers more than speakers. Some of his responses may have been long winded. But there were FACTS. And that’s undeniable.
He’s like that one uncle you avoid sometimes because he always wants to have a meaningful conversation with you…but you never have a reason to doubt his intentions are good.

Biden stutters sometimes because he HAS A GODDAM STUTTER. It’s a physiological problem that does not go away. He has learned how to manage it and he still has to do that even now.
