    1. That is the word I was going to use. When Mary was 28 and I was 17, I knew where she was performing in Manhattan and I had seen her once in 1971. I called her dressing room and they put me through. Even though she was getting ready to perform, she spoke to my friend and I and was so GRACIOUS!!! Mary, you were so loved and people could feel your loving heart. Rest my friend, you deserve peace.

  1. Just heard this here omg! Loved Mary Wilson, I had read she was going to reunite with Diana Ross. They had not spoken for years, lots of drama and back stabbing went on there. Rest In Peace Ms. Mary.

  2. The stop in the name of love tour back in the 2000 should’ve happened with the original Supremettes Mary & Cindy standing in for late great Florence Ballard. Now the last of the original Supremettes is gone. Mary(Beautiful)Wilson RIP.

  3. The Supremes helped pave the way for female musicians around the world. She is taking her place in the Rock & Roll Heaven choir now. Rest in peace 🙏 Mary Wilson.

  4. May Mary rest in peace…..a real part of music history that will be missed. May she sing with the Angels.

  5. I am devastated, Detroit royalty!! Motown finest. My uncles wrote music for them. Holland-Dozier-Holland

    1. Wow; that’s impressive! Holland-Dozier-Holland rank among the greatest songwriters of popular music, with such Supremes classics as Baby Love”; “Where Did Our Love Go?”; “You Keep Me Hanging On”; “Love Is Here and Now You’re Gone” ; etc.
They really put the Supremes on the map with those great songs, never mind all the other hits for other stars.

  6. What a singer Good Bless You we just keep losing great singer’s LOVE MOTOWN THANK YOU FOR GREAT MUSIC

  7. My Favorite Supreme Dream Girl The Beautiful Mary Wilson. My heat is broken. Sweet Mary sing with the Angels. Diana may have gotten all the attention but you and Florence made her shine. Now you and Florence reunited and making HEAVEN’SCHOIR TRULY SUPREME TO THE WILSON FAMILY AND ALL THAT LOVE MARY. WE’LL MEET AGAIN SOME SUNNY DAY.

  8. Sad to hear of Mary Wilson’s passing. Yet another name from my generation with whom I grew up, gone, but never forgotten 😔

  9. So sadden to hear of this heartbreaking news. She will truly be missed. RIP Mary Wilson, you are forever in our hearts. My deepest condolences to the family. May God be with you during this time.

  10. In the early days they greatly influenced pop music. All my poetry was about Love. Stop In The Name of Love, Where Did Our Love Go.
