All states govenors must contact South Korea to get tedt kits like Larry Hogan did. South Korea test kits is 98.9 accuracy..no other countries can make like South Korea test kits in the world now. As of yesterday South Korea released 1 minute test kits. It will produce massively.
@Dogyun Kwon The PCR test kits are the type to test for the presences of the virus. You’ll use that type of test kit to confirm that person actually has the virus is Covid-19 vs the Flu.
Antibody tests are useful for historical testing, to see how far the disease has spread. It would be best if you had both running concurrently. The PCR to test all who have symptoms, so they can get treatment and isolation now. The antibody, followed up with PCR to see if somebody had had Covid-19 in recent past and to also confirm they are not actively shedding viruses still.
If you have the antibodies for Covid-19 and not actively shedding you can possibly go back to work. Even so social distancing, frequent hand washing, masks and other measures will have be continued with until we get an effective vaccine, and or treatment.

@Byron Allen The kit includes both infections and antibodies. All kits from Korea include both as a part of the standard testing procedures.
@Byron Allen The test is only good for the moment you take it. You would have to take a test every single day to track this thing. If you are positive, they can tell you to stay home, but most of us are already staying home, and wearing masks when we get food. So how many people are going to be tested every day? And so they tell you to stay home because you are infected. This is so confusing, yet they swear the testing is the holy grail of the Covid19, until the vaccine, of course. Someone is making a lot of money on all this.
China’s test kits are less than 40% accurate. Why purchase from China?! Go get em from Korea!!!

@CaptainSnaky I live in IL, we can’t get tested if we have “mild symptoms” bc there aren’t enough test kits. Today is 4/28, no difference in test capacity although feds got 600k test kits from s.korea. Do you prefer to wait to get additinal “discount?” or act quick to potentially save more lives?? Trump is holding onto ppe and test kits from the blue states. Hogan is Rep but that doesnt guarantee he’ll get test kits from feds bc of Trump is playing power game with the governors. Gov Cuomo said that his daughters asked him, “dad, why didnt you order test kits from s. korea like gov Hogan?” Cuomo said he felt embarrassed for not taking the same actions as Hogan. Time is gold during a pandemic..
