I don’t see why Trump followers are so down on wearing masks. After all they’ve been wearing blindfolds for the past four years.

Three months? It’s been over five months, that healthcare workers have been tireless an effort to inform Americans of the dangers of not wearing a mask. It’s disheartening to see so many people, ignore science and medicine, to listen to someone that is incapable of forming two sentences; without saying, “no one has ever seen anything like it,” “this is the best anyone has ever seen,” “I, don’t know him/her,” “someone told me.”

@the other 1 also one of the head doctors in Italy where the virus had the biggest impact first says the virus had mutated and is far weaker then it was before and he believes the virus will die out on its own and a vaccine will not be necessary. He says old people infected are recovering now for the most part.
@Uj Fraz Sorry, I just looked back to see where I stated anything at all about masks and science. I didn’t. What I said was: you (Americans) are more focused on masks rather than the virus. You, Up-Friz … are part of the problem. You see and hear what you want then just make up the rest. However, any reasonably intelligent 5 year old (non-American of course) can tell you if you cough, splurt, barf and sneeze all over another person you may catch whatever lurgy that person is carrying.

@Uj Fraz Particularly now. A local nursing home only last month developed over 80 cases. I was very worried for one of my family members. Not one died. And the recover rate was awful fast. Now we don’t really have all the facts in terms suffering, because they’ve been closed up. But not one old, frail or sick person perished. And I still don’t know one person ever diagnosed Covid. Full disclosure, I wear a mask everywhere I go.

@You think i’m funny? it’s an analogy alright but it’s missing nuance and factual information about how viruses travel on water droplets, not just straight into the air. A good analogy of masking is mosquitoes need to ride on a softball through a chain link fence. It doesn’t stop all of them, but it cuts down on what makes it through.
