McCarthy responds to Russian reporter’s question on future Ukraine aid | USA TODAY

During his visit to Israel, Speaker Kevin McCarthy was questioned by a Russian reporter about the future of U.S. support of Ukraine.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., rebuked claims from a Russian reporter that he does not support sending aid to Ukraine during a press conference in Israel Monday.

A reporter from Russia started a question by stating the California representative does not support "unlimited and uncontrolled" supplies of weaponry and aid to Ukraine. He then asked McCarthy if U.S. policy on sending weaponry to Ukraine will change.

    1. Sounds like a choice? Doesn’t it? Maybe don’t tell people you are “Christian” then? I don’t think getting asylum is that easy.
