    1. So you think it is okay to change the Constitution election laws right before an election that now makes it virtually impossible to check the authenticity of these ballots? Weird. Guess you like corruption huh? Well guess what? Texas along with seventeen other states, so far, will not stand for this corruption. We all followed the law. These four states that are being sued didn’t follow them. Now they must answer to why they think they were allowed to change the Constitution.

    2. you idiots can say what you want, when half the country is standing up saying something is not right, and you still choose to look the other way, you look as stupid as they come.

    3. @T Fox Oh please tell me WHAT election laws were changed in Michigan in violation of the constitution? The people of Michigan voted years ago to expand mail in voting 67% to 33% in favor. With Covid numbers climbing, Michigan chose to make it easier for people to request an absentee ballot which in order to get, you had to verify you were a legally registered voter. So you think it’s ok for another state to change another state’s vote count AGAINST the will of the people who voted? And no corruption has been proven in the state of Michigan so do you even have a clue as to what you are talking about?

    1. Anyone or any entity can file a lawsuit for any reason. And the other party must respond so as not to be in default. The suit can be dismissed quickly on the basis of lack of standing, a statute of limitations, or motion for summary judgment, etc. The prevailing party may even be entitled to reimbursement of legal fees and costs. But that doesn’t mean the ridiculous process can’t go forward even when it’s litigious, frivolous, or meritless, like virtually all of these Trump petitions. The Trumplicans are litigious, vindictive, court mongering, power grabbers.

    2. @someone someone the dossier may not have been made with evidence but it was correct, the trump campaign was aligned with the Russian government and was trying to set up a back channel to the Kremlin, trump’s people obstructed justice many times to stop the FBI from proving that.

    3. @k c so ur saying the prof is in not haveing prof clever and u know the steel dossier was fake and fund by hill dog lmao

    4. @someone someone The proof is in the mueller report, it says the FBI couldn’t say that the trump campaign was not aligned with the Russians but they obstructed justice I think 12 times lying to the FBI during the investigation. Why were they lying about their involvement with the Russians if they weren’t guilty?

  1. It’s shameful, but today’s Republicans have no shame. They are gangsters. I wonder if there is any Republican AG who refused to join this.

    1. @AthgowlA What a coincidence AthgowlA! It turns out to be the VERY SAME states the forensic analysis point to for massive ELECTION FRAUD. And that is backed up by the eye witness testimony! Whoa! Do you think it’s possible that the cheaters were ‘smart’ enough to actually TARGET certain districts? I mean Biden received substantially less votes than HRC across the vast majority of districts but WOW made up for it MASSIVELY in a select few. This certainly deserves more attention, don’t you think? Keep working and I GUARANTEE America is going to get to the bottom of this.

    2. @TheBase1aransas There has been zero evidence for all your lies, only in your infested brains. All the court cases have shown that. Stop deluding yourself and get a friend or a real hobby to pass your time.

    3. Today YouTube notified they are prohibiting videos mentioning voter fraud.
      That Election is over

      Only MSM
Such as NBC and CBS (MSN, CNN, etc)
Are only ones now allowed freedom of speech on YouTube

Factual information no longer acceptable on YouTube
Only what follow Democrats party line.
      Welcome to Communist YouTube!

A tiny foretaste of what’s to come when Biden takes office

    1. Hold up big boy. Texas is red but not full of idiots. Your talking about the action of a Republican official. He may be elected, but obviously not the voice of the people

    2. I live in Texas. Moved here 5 years ago. Most of my friends are good but there is this underlying truth that Texas is the best. Personally I don’t understand it. Elections here are difficult because mail in ballets are for 70 and above I believe. We could vote early but it had to be in person. It was nerve racking waiting in line with a mask keeping myself and others safe.
But I was going to vote no matter what, and no matter the outcome of the results for the 39 electoral college points from Texas. I needed to know I was trying to voice my choice.
The past 5 weeks have been far worse then the past 4 years with the current leadership and even the past 10 months because of Covid19. The past 5 weeks makes me sad and more scared of the future. The chaos continues with no end in sight.

    3. @Smoove J don’t think that’s the only point of it lib but if it does that, great…the right needs to get fired up

    4. @Ryan Riggs so let me get this right lefty, you are suggesting voter fraud in red states but it’s not possible in the blue states? can you peopel get any dumber? call us some more names, that’s all you people know to do and none of the names are based on facts or proof, it’s just the rantings

  2. Hmmm No one took Paxtons $1,000,000 bounty for voter fraud evidence. So now this! Come Texas get this guy out of there

    1. Lt. Gov. Fetterman of Pa. seeks claim of $1M voter fraud reward from Texas lieutenant governor, because the only case of voter fraud found in Pennsylvania this year is a 67 year old Republican that tried to vote twice for Trump, by registering his dead mother to vote.

    2. Where did Paxton get a million dollars for the bounty? Does it strike anyone else that a sitting politician is throwing around MILLION dollar bounties??!!

    3. @Auntie Pha …I saw that he uncovered a second case of fraud as well…both going to support the Putin Puppet…he hasn’t collected any money from Fetterman either….maybe he needs to sue him for breach of contract…..

    1. @Dolphin Champ the insane garbage and lies have been coming from the Democrats the past fours years….HYPOCRITE

    2. He has his base. Which is a cult. Which provides power over these other politicians thru their vote. And every one of them knows that the base will slavishly follow orders. After all, they are now declaring their willingness to die for his cause.

  3. HOW IS A KNOWN CRIMINAL FELON GOING TO TRY AND OVERTURN A HONEST ELECTION, DON AND HIS FELLOW CRIMINAL PARTNERS HAVE MADE AMERICA THE LAUGHINGSTOCK OF THE WORLD !

    1. Fixed that for you.
HOW IS A KNOWN CRIMINAL FELON GOING TO TRY AND OVERTURN A HONEST ELECTION..ON ANOTHER STATE THAT HE IS IRRELEVANT. DON AND HIS FELLOW CRIMINAL PARTNERS HAVE MADE AMERICA A LAUGHING STOCK OF THE WORLD.

    2. @Nikki Travis you need to read up on that allegation. It’s no where near sedition. Using a legally established vehicle to protest what is alleged to be election manipulation or influence is not sedition. It’s following the legally established path.

Sedition is almost impossible to convict on because the broad protection of the First Amendment. You’d have an easier time convicting on Treason – except the actions don’t even meet 1 of the elements of Treason – and we are not officially at war – so….well….I’ll let you read up on that one yourself.

    2. @T Fox You can’t reason with these people. A majority of them don’t even know what the Constitution is, yet they are ok with going against it. There’s a word for that, I think it’s called “hypocrites.”

    3. That’s odd…..the GOP thinks their saving democracy and so do the Dems……only 1 side can be right on this.

If the Dems truly wanted to save democracy, they’d be calling for audits instead of recounts. If you can’t see suspicious activity, it’s because you don’t want to. If there’s nothing to the allegations and Biden truly won by the numbers shown, then there’s nothing to fear on auditing every ballot to determine its legitimacy. Is there?

    1. @Suzanne Simpson But Republicans don’t care if they’re guilty as long as they don’t have to do time for it. Shame is so 20th Century.

  4. They’re trying to disenfranchise not merely those who voted for Biden, but _everybody_ who voted for any presidential candidate.

    1. Could not stop myself. Rest of the world is watching … and laughing. Even popcorns are almost over now.
And people out there still believe “they” are the majority in a lost democratic election.!!!

    2. @don finley Proven fact. But you losers are pushing false claims of voter fraud. Same reasoning loser. You lost accept it.

  5. Corruption from the White House, the assault on the American voters, trying to change the votes of the People of Americans!!

    1. @SnappyNick please define for me what you understand to be the difference THEN look up the definition

    2. @Nils Telle Let me sum it up for you. Voting Districts that CHEAT, disenfranchise the voters in Districts that don’t. I’m sure that is foreign to Communist thinking, but it will become clear over time to you and to those that become CONFINED will have plenty of time think about it. Sweetie, you Communist have woken a sleeping GIANT. Pass this to your handler. “风暴临近,愿上帝保佑你”
      Tell Zuck too.

  6. the illusion of states’ rights people. Texas that is always shouting states’ rights. The whole thing is now a cult.

    1. @s Verified facts, common sense, knowledge, experience etc. always win over i.e. trump’s bogus bs claims, fiction. F.i. QAnon is pure fiction.

  7. The SCOTUS should hear this absurd suit, and make a criminal referrals for felony election interference against all participants based upon it.

    1. The Supreme Court should have smacked down ANY and ALL of these appeals not just in Pennsylvania. It would send a message to Trumplicans to not bother us with this nonsense because we have bigger cases to solve.
