@Paul Wilson It’s not fraud, it’s suppression and misinformation. The actual election wasn’t fraudulent. But Trump had Russia and China help spread massive misinformation to try and sway voters. It’s a common (and illegal) tactic the Republicans have used for ages.
@MrTurbo87lx Biden said he won’t PERSONALLY press charges against Trump, because one president legally going after another sets a bad precedent. But he’s fully encouraging his new Attorney General to go after Trump and the GOP with anything they have that’s workable. And he’s agreed that he’ll help in whatever way he can without influencing the AG directly.
The way Trump uses Barr as his personal lawyer is a federal crime (one of countless he’s committed). Biden will NOT be making that mistake. But if the AG asks for cooperation, Biden will do whatever he needs to.
That’s the difference. Trump is a criminal and a traitor who is abusing his power. Biden is a president who will let the system work as intended and work with it to make sure that justice is done.

@Open Your Eyes winning this at the Supreme Court would only allow them to have a trial in the first place, it wouldn’t mean they won the case. Not familiar with American Court systems? Or did you just fail civics?
The case would return to the original judge, who would then have to hear the case, unless another reason for dismissal arose, of course. However, a lack of evidence kind of seals the deal that this isn’t going to end the way you want it to.

@Open Your Eyes you still don’t get it. You CANNOT introduce NEW EVIDENCE at the SUPREME COURT. The Supreme Court is there to review lower court decisions, in this case, whether or not to dismiss. the REPUBLICAN Judges agreed to dismiss it. They didn’t find evidence to overturn ONE vote, let alone the 2.5 million ballots they are seeking to throw out. 2.5 million ballots legally cast under PA state law. There is absolutely not one chance this succeeds in overturning an entire election. Mind you, Trump is down by MORE than PA’s 20 electoral votes….
What Trump has attempted in Michigan and other states is literally a soft coup. We can never sugarcoat that fact or forget how outrageous it is.

You see, you can’t cut the taxes of someone who doesn’t make enough money to even OWE taxes. Half of Americans pay no federal income tax. I am middle class and appreciate the tax cut I received. I see it in my pay stub every two weeks. And the VAST majority of taxpayers DID receive a tax cut. It’s mostly the high state tax residents who didn’t because they did away with the SALT deduction. Of course, I don’t expect you to understand ANY of this.

@Erroneous Monk : I do in fact understand, what you failed to acknowledge is the long term effect of raising the national debt, and the interest paid on said debt for all Americans, regardless if declared taxable income. While a good number of middle class taxpayers did receive a measurable tax cut for the first two years, the ‘sundown clause’ in the bill ended those on year 3 at which point for the majority of taxpayers their tax went up, and in the near future the interest on the national debt will insure the need for an increase in taxes. It is almost like when Donnie proposed his tax plan he, and the Republican Congress as well, knew that he would not be reelected and set it up to screw whoever was president in the next term.
