  1. How pathetic that so many adults are being manipulated and dominated by a spoiled rotten, petulant nine year old child in an old man suit!

    1. @bingbonga binga – you are what is the problem with America…if that is where you are from…Comrad?

    2. They’re so dumb that not showing up is a case of guilt and they think they’re hurting the Dems by not coming.

  2. Such a shame he won’t testify! It’s so much fun to watch (or, at least read the transcript of) how easily he breaks.
Can you imagine Mulvaney in prison, ratting on everyone around him…

  3. Normal people when they’re subpoenaed and don’t show up get a warrant, why aren’t they getting warrants? Not to show up for investigations is spitting in our democracy’s face

    1. Get over it dude – we know Joe Biden is a pathetic crook. John Kerrys son was also on the take. Why are you trying to defend a crook?

    2. @David ButlerDavid. Maybe you should look at your comment closely and you will see something missing you genius.

  4. All those people who defied Subpoenas should’ be held accountable. Congress has a duty to uphold the law, and none of these people should be above it because of political parties, money or station in government. By allow these people to violate the law sends a bad message to the American people, and common citizens face wit some form of criminality. Our government should be better then that……

    1. leonard wilson *Agree, but Bill Barrs office would have to enforce the Warrants, I think you can see why that ain’t gonna happen with that corrupt POS Barr! 😤*

    2. don’t forget what message it send to the world, u.s.a used to be an example to follow on freedom, community, integrity, self-less, now if trump keep getting his way u.s.a will just be russia 2.0

    1. @Blade Runner well that’s what’s happening it’s being ignored. It should surprise no one. Ducking Femocrats wants to play stupid games so can the President.
Cry a river and take it to Supreme Court.

    2. @Blade Runner lol did you see Don Jr face plant Barr and Whoppie in same sentence. I love to see Progressives put in their place.

    1. The crazy thing is that this isn’t a trial, just a fact finding inquiry. The people resisting testifying must definitely be hiding something (conciseness of guilt) or they would treat it like jury duty.

  5. 👻🖕To anyone refusing to show up to testify as order by congress should be arrested and jailed.🇺🇸

    1. @Raoul Fleckman If it weren’t for double standards you wouldn’t have any. People like you are hypocrites.

  6. If these scofflaws aren’t eventually punished for ignoring subpeonas, it legitimizes the tactic and promotes general contempt for the law.

    1. We have tried everything else … from Neo-Nazi Trump to bailing out the world’s biggest banks to the tune of multi-trillions of dollars … what we NEED NOW is a Populist Progressive!

    2. He didn’t let truth ‘slip out’ in the first place. He brazenly and publicly stated from the White House press podium an obvious impeachable action on the part of the President/administration. His testimony is all over the media to see.

    1. Let’s not play Republicans and Democrats against each other. We are all Americans. A functional two-party system was very good for the republic until the Russians intervened with misinformation.

    1. @Farmer Bob The House still has the option to hold them in contempt of congress and fine them without Bill Barr, they just don’t wanna do it. So I guess none of us need to respond to subpoenas then right?

    1. @Frans van Mook You say tomatoes, I say tamawtoes. I’ve never, ever hated anyone until Trump. I firmly believe Trump has an excellent chance of re-election. For those who think otherwise, I’m afraid it’s wishful thinking …. or denial.

  7. The liar in chief and his traitors don’t care about the Constitution or the rule of law unless a democrat is involved. An innocent person would testify and prove they have done nothing wrong.

    1. LET’s get tapes of Crackhead Biden and his father Creepy Perv Joe meetings with the Ukranian’s and China.
That is probably where all our missing kids from the US are at.
      Their all Pervs

    1. Brace for a life long grudge Z. It’ll hurt you more than them. They’re not worth it but they not going to prison either. We’ll be lucky to get them out of the WH in a few yrs.

    2. v blackwell why do you think trump officials are immune from going to prison? Mick Mulvaney because of his role in the OMB, holding up the money, is now central to the investigation. It wouldn’t be the first time someone with Mulvaney’s job went to prison.

    1. @v blackwell.WE???,YOU MEAN THE trumpanzyss!!!.We are trying to restore the order!!!.and the sooner, the better!!!.

    1. The Original Captain Trips *Bill Barrs office would have to enforce the Warrants..well you can see why that ain’t gonna happen with that corrupt POS.*

    2. my guess is that the delay that would be a consequence of a legal response, would drag out beyond the 2020 election, so as to serve little purpose.

  8. I don’t think “kitchen table” arguments could be applied in this impeachment scenario. The reality is that Trump is extorting our allies, the same people who help us fight terrorists. I say make the impeachment process about national security.

    1. the average us citizen, especially pubs, doesn’t really care about that, they only care about what will affect them personally, in the near future, that’s what he’s saying, I think, make the impeachment about how it effects them, because they’re to stupid to understand the big picture

    2. rancher12121 There doesn’t seem to be any evidence that Trump has done anything impeachable, as far as “kitchen table” issues and direct offenses against the American people are concerned.
