We need a new Constitutional amendment that allows for recall of a sitting President.

    • We need a restructuring of the government to limit the powers of a president. We also need to make all our customs and traditions law. Alot of our institutions rely on the president and his appointed staff to have moral character. As you all can see this is a major flaw when you elect someone like Trump.

that’s what impeachment is for, but when you have TRAITORS in the Senate is does not work correctly

    • @Magnetron33 Yes exactly. Which is why we need to change things. I’m not sure what exactly but that’s not for me to figure out. All I know is relying on one failsafe clearly isn’t enough. The founding fathers were smart but they did not anticipate this.

You could maybe put limitations on the power of one person

@deep state Nobody could have anticipated an insane power tripping Hitler wannabe like trump.

      @Tina Roberts
The office of the President is Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. The ‘people’ are, but the power is vested in the office of the president by the people. This why we shouldn’t elect internet trolls to the Presidency.

An act of war ! What are you implying that ? . .. tRump has brought the war upon us !! To the peaceful protesters…to we the people .

    • Leonie Romanes | June 4, 2020 at 7:08 PM | Reply

@Eric Pedersen teargassing your own people while they peacefully protest is an act of war. Military swear an oath to protect the constitution from all enemies, domestic and foreign. Trump attacked America first.

yeah, but at least Trump only sells out to himself, not the military industrial complex and multi national corporations wanting to move to China. Why can’t you hear when Biden says ; “there will be NO significant change” under his leadership? If you don’t believe that, your a fool. Its the only truth he has told.

    • Jennifer Morris | June 4, 2020 at 5:08 PM | Reply

Affordable Solarguy so Trump removing significant environmental protections laws, Trump pulling out of NATO, Trump inviting Putin to the G7, Trump abandoning important Kurdish allies, Trump pandering to Israel, Trump engaging in foolish trade wars with a China that hurt the US farmers, you think all these policies don’t hurt America and it’s global standing? The world is watching, Trump is finished.

    • @Affordable Solarguy You are changing the subject…………….just like Trump.

    • @Affordable Solarguy soooo renting the army to the saudis isnt selling out the military?

This situation needs a hero? Who will it be? You? Me? How about … “us!”

    • I can’t agree with you more. Everything is possible if we all work together.

    • Affordable Solarguy | June 4, 2020 at 4:18 PM | Reply

Yeah, the only candidate who would have actually pushed us back into balance was ganged up on in a corrupt primary, to protect corporate profit. I miss Bernie Sanders, and wish he would not have been so nice to the Neo Lib War Hawk, Biden.

  9. Trump dodged the Vietnam draft so others could die for his cowardice.

    • @tp If I were a member of the military, based on the last 20 years of losing, I would never admit it…

@Albert Goenner Thank you for your service. My brother’s but in the Vietnam war. They were drafted they couldn’t get a deferment and fought proudly for a country that treated them as second class citizens. It’s easy to criticize sitting on the sidelines. President Abraham Lincoln once said, “If you want to test a man’s character, give him power.”

    • Very true

    • This is why no one should ever hold so much power in his or her hands. Plus this is appropriate also for countries. U.S. has been drunk in power, opressing others with no limits. Time to sober up. I am sorry for the honest U.S. citizens that don’t deserve this, but that country let “Trump happen” and now, they have to face their choices. Hopefully next generations, will be more empathic and clever. Build a new society that values human lives with no discrimination.

I wish these military leaders would have said something when trump stood on the world stage and disavowed American intelligence agencies and said he only believes Putin. They should have spoken when world leaders literally laughed at trump making a mockery of himself and our country. When he purged all American press and invited the Russians to a private Oval Office meeting, something that had never been done before.

When he praised white supremacists in Charlottesville saying they were “good people” these were people with tiki torches chanting “Jews will not replace us”. When he gutted CDC jobs and departments that would have helped reduce the deaths of 100,000 Americans. Donald trump has never hid who he is, it’s the people who worked for him and his supporters that made excuses for him.

But anyways I still appreciate the general saying this, better late than never. This November I hope for the sake of this country’s future, for the sake of those who bled for this country in the past, and for the sake of sanity, vote him out.

    • Jeremy Cave | June 4, 2020 at 5:05 PM | Reply

James Winny Don’t believe them , it’s a con just helping trump. Trump does something crazy, the rest of them make it ok, and walla, the goal posts are pushed way forward with trump allies normalizing the whole time.

How can you support Jews and Isreal while supporting whities who chat anti zio stuff. Either you play all sides and there so dumb as not to notice your obvious moves like moving places in Isreal? or your one slick operator who beguiles everyone. Oh wait its the shapeshifting diplomat formula weve all grown so annoyingly use to.
