    1. YOUR MAYOR IS DOING THE SAME HE HOPES THIS HURTS TRUMP AND HELPS DEMON RATS IN NOV WAKE UP

    1. No. Far worse, since it is more than a half-century later. No excuses. It is blatant videotaped murder, just as djt bragged he could shoot someone with no fear of being prosecuted. The pearl-clutching that followed that statement, which was reiterated by his lawyer, was a very weak response which highlighted the inequity of our judicial system.

    2. so we’ve known black people are mistreated for 55 years and haven’t fixed it? I’d say we deserve to have our homes and businesses burned down. How long until we fix our problems? How many generations do black people have to wait for a hint at equality and justice?

  1. I 100% support the protesters. I 100% support this mayor. I 100% support arresting the cops who murdered George!!!!!!!

    1. HYOUR MAYOR IS A FOOL A PUTIN LED DEMON RAT LIKE THE ONE IN LA WHERE PEOPLE LIVE IN THE STREETS

    2. @GR3YH4TT3R93 i just evidence to support what your saying but i think everyone CAN agree that the situation was messed up and tjat was murder. Dont worry, those officers are going to prison

    1. I live in Mpls. I have been crying for days now, starting with the horrifying video. I think we need to start playing the song “Strange Fruit” repeatedly, over loudspeakers. (It is the most disturbing and saddest song I ever heard)

  2. It’s unbelievable that Malcolm X spoke of this so many years ago and this illustrates that racism in America is as ugly and alive as ever!

    1. It is getting worse. We are being dragged backwards by the racist grifters now running the country. America is broken.

    2. It’s more about power and lack of accountability by police around the country. The police have become an occupying force against us.

    3. @Kimberly Johnson Because we have an administration led by and staffed by people who believe firmly in eugenics, a President who openly declares it, and a vocal and armed minority who yearn for a return to Germany’s 1933 Dachau programs.

  3. need a charge of all 4 officers. it wasn’t just the arresting officer pinning him down. they all played a part.

    1. It was a gang hit. A spontaneous hit. A lynching. We’ve seen this movie so many times we know it by heart.

    2. Yep one killer 3accomplices . At least they should be charge with non assistance of a person in danger

    1. The United Save the planet organization he is jail now but it aint about that you got a bunch of poor broke people that have nothing to do that want to loot

    1. we’re a terrible nation, a terrible people, squandering our resources, systematically abusing blacks and natives and women and letting the rich grow richer every year for 60 years while we grind the poor down harder. We are the real sh~thole country.

    2. Part of it is lack of education, including the financial difficulties for people trying to go to college. The other part is the 400 years of racism, which is still alive and flourishing in 21st century America.

    3. It’s what happens in ‘diverse’ societies. Japan, a country which is 98.6% Japanese, doesn’t have these problems. In the West too many diverse groups are pulling in different directions. The Liberal dream of a wonderful ‘melting pot’ has never, does not and will never work.

    4. Celtic Whisper I live in what is arguably the most multicultural city in the world. My experience is not that obviously many different peoples cannot successfully create a thriving community. Respectfully, I believe that clinging to this idea that humans are fundamentally racist and incapable of cooperation is backward and part of why we must bear witness to seemingly never ending tragedies in your country

  4. There are a ton of officers protecting Chauvin’s home while the city is burning.
    RIP Mr. Floyd.

    1. They rather uphold the good ol boys club then do their job of protecting the city they are supposed to serve.

  5. No justice No peace….arrest all the police involved in the murder of George Floyd if U want peace!

  6. I think everyone expects at least one officer will be charged eventually.

The issue is that if the only thing different was the 4 officers were instead members of any other occupation, they would be arrested immediately and the paperwork would be done when it gets done. Probable cause is all that is needed for anyone but them to go to jail.

We don’t get days to arrange lawyers, family l, negotiate a prearranged bail and maintain control of the arrest process.

The rest of us got arrested immediately. If they have to send SWAT to destroy our home to drag us out they will. But if you belong to their club and become an authorized gang member, then you get a different set of rules.

  7. Two officers were holding the victim’s body while he was tortured while crying out for their help. This for almost eight minutes
Don’t forget this; everyone focuses only on one officer.

    1. I SAW THE VIDEO, ONE COP ON HIS LEGS , ONE ON HIS BACK AND CHAUVIN ON HIS NECK…………ALL 4 NEED TO BE ARRESTED NOW!

    2. I have not seen/viewed said video..I only know from what I have heard via media/ real events as well as the corruption in the police forces as well as the judicial system. And I am irritate at how much they continue to go unpunished.

  8. The arresting officer plus all of his support need to be charged, they all participated in a murder.

  9. What year is this? The Mayor literally pleading for an arrest in a murder case of a black man!
