    1. there might be better video, i will be surprised if he doesn’t get life. Or they might lie and say he got life but instead he goes into hiding. I think he should be executed for stupidity, that would still take a month to happen

    1. If this cop walks free without being sentenced its gonna be seriously fucked up. The cop murdered this guy in broad daylight on PURPOSE, he knew what he was doing.

    2. @truerealityscott ill have a look now thanks. Wouldn’t be surprised if something like this exists.

  1. What more will this “investigation” uncover that is not already evident from the video? The moment a handcuffed man tells you that he can’t breathe because you are kneeling on his neck, you gotta stop. Anything more is murder.

    1. There’s always got to be an “investigation” when it comes to black folks getting murdered, even if the whole thing is on camera.

  2. The people should not fear their government. The government should be in fear of the people.

    1. @Derek hello the planned demic is a farce with collateral damage of human lives…its about the election!!!!

    2. @Derek well yeah but I never asked the govt to become my baby sitter and if people are scared about getting a fake virus outside at the damn beach then just stay home it’s that simple. Why is life shut down over a damn flu? I heard 100k people died in 4 months out of 368 million people. 100k would have died in 4 months anyways this was a new world order lockdown so when you lose more rights by next year for agenda 21 dont start crying! Cause you are now living in a new world and it’s all planned this way not by accident. Welcome to the new world order buddy! It’s all over for America we lost our country to a tyrannical govt and cops are acting like Nazi’s over a cold….please use your brain and think for once!🤦🏼‍♂️

  3. So they’re announcing that they’re doing their job? and thoughts and prayers? Quit wasting time and detain them already without bail…like they would a black man they didn’t kill.

    1. They know they’re gonna charge him, they’re looking for the technicalities of the crime. They’re trying to get as much on these guys as possible.

    2. @Brianna Hendren ONLY because of VIDEO . if you gotta burn things. Burn the magatrashes crap

  4. DID HE JUST SAY:”OTHER EVIDENCE THAT DOESN’T WAY INTO CRIMINAL CHARGES.” Please release the bodycam video. 1ST DEGREE MURDER. ACCESSORY TO MURDER.

  5. If the Mayor wasn’t brave enough to speak up and demand justice, this would have been swept under the rug too.

    1. I am hoping that wasn’t needed but maybe. This situation is so blatent and stupid that this guy is fucked. The other 3 will hopefully get at least 5 years

  6. Doesn’t matter what the circumstances were!!!! He was cuffed, prone, and murdered. Doesn’t matter what happened before !!!!!!

  7. Crazy how some innocent people get locked up but when a murder is recorded on camera nothing happens

    1. The KKK are pure evil. Read up on slave patrols and law enforcements involvement with the Klu Klux Klan. Google it

  8. “Expeditiously” Yeah right! A charge should have been made within the first 48 hours! 🤬😡 Had this been reversed, the black dude would have been arrested on site. #InjusticeAtIt’sBest
