  1. Has his house all of his electronic devices searched all of his wife’s there could be a treasure trove incriminating evidence

    1. @ruth depew I don’t think so. they’re trying to preserve their net worth as much as possible, to protect their assets from
      civil “wrongful death” suits.

    2. @ruth depew I wouldn’t be
      surprised if their were
      domestic disturbances
in their background. she is Laotian and more subservient/”traditional”.

    3. @the dude na so what, and that’s a reason for a cop to be judge and jury and be murdered in the street by someone that was obviously enjoying it, hands in pocket, gettin his rocks off while taunting him….so what!

  2. Chauvin’s casual manor in which he was torturing Mr Floyd was as sadistic as it gets. Kudos to Mr Ellison for upping his charge and holding the other 3 responsible too.

    1. @Gail Albers
I agree with you 100%. If these 3 other policemen had done their jobs properly then we wouldn’t be discussing the murder of George Floyd. Trump has made some comments regarding George Floyd and saying if George was looking down he would be so proud of what is happening in America. This is a man who is insane and I have no confidence in him, his government, or his racist murdering police force.

    2. @Arabella Jarvie So the real murderer is the mayor who allowed him to continue who doesn’t check if the police is to brutal or if the technique is dangerous or not. But the mayor is a Democrat and…..they are angels. And Joe Crow wants our votes.

    3. @Computer User : Thug or not he did not deserve what he received. Being a thug is not a capital offense, asshat. And even if it was, last I heard everyone is guaranteed a ‘fair trial’ or at least the appearance of a fair trial, buy a jury of his peers. I thought all you asshats were Constitutionalist. Or does that just apply when it benefits either you personally or some right-wing manipulation of facts.

    4. All 4 will be acquitted because the charges are too high. This is just a move to appease the mob. And when they’re acquitted, the riots will start up again.

    1. @LUIS VELEZ Actually, our police is not carrying arms. Perhaps in special operations. But no fire arms on daily duty. Private citizens are certainly not allowed to carry arms. Also not knives. Police do not readily handcuff people and then not behind the back. We have a very high degree of trust in our law enforcement and we don´t see police as a threat since they protect and serve 🙂 Now that you mention it, I did hear about racism in soccer (think in the UK). I think no country is exempt of any kind of racism and it should be addressed. But racism, systemic racism, is really not a thing here. Europe has been brought to its knees by floods of Syrian refugees which has created another kind of racism, if you like. – Mostly linked to economy. Not colour.

    2. @Ronald Reed Its sad when people all around the globe are protesting because America is so racist.

    3. i think the gov. has no interest in de-escalation, something is going on, all this militarized police, this Walmart rebuild in Fema Camps, they arrested the peacefull protesting people, they let the rowdy go, i think the gov. need this to improve new laws!! be vigilant, now this new unit without badge, i see the picture by the Maddow show, the reporters asked them from which unit they are, or for who they work for, they say only DOJ!! something is not legit here, this are some mercenary working for the gov., like in Irak ect. they have many times implemented new laws during riots or distractions like the 9/11 attacks, within a few weeks all was implemented, it was already writen, they needed only an event to implement it, patriot act, Guantanamo, anti “terror” law’s and so on, they will take all your freedom, thats why all this former general gives interview and will warn us!! stay vigilant, something is going on

    4. Certainly, for such a long time, this country was seen as the leader of the free world; and we have our own internal problems, that have not been address. While we point fingers at other countries of the world. I am not saying that they have done things better, but to be the example, we must cross the Ts and dot the Is.

  3. My grandfather worked a lot with cops and the quote he said that resonated with me was, “It takes a criminal to know a criminal”.

    1. Ever actually thought about what defines a criminal, what makes them different? Any trump-voter has not. It’s violation of the rights of others. Criminals differ from healthy people in that distinct way.

Most of us know how to reach our goals WITHOUT violating others and even if we know of “shortcuts” or “loopholes” if those things do harm, we choose patience, determination and accept the challenge to become MORE than we were via the effort to do it without doing harm.

Gotta pity any criminal, or liar for that matter, because the first thing they harm is themselves. Every lie is like a brick that separates the liar from the rest of the world, obscuring a clear view and rejecting the social agreement that we be fair with each other.

And, they steal from themselves, the opportunity to grow, to become stronger, smarter and more loving. If you cheat, you are busy doing that INSTEAD of experiencing, learning, practicing the skills it takes to reach a goal fairly.

A criminal cannot be defined by an arrest or conviction record… the truth of that has to be verified because injustice is rampant. A criminal is not defined by whether they are caught or not. A criminal is a criminal the moment they violate the rights of others to reach a goal.

      It’s that simple.

So, if a cop violates the rights of others then yeah, they are a criminal. It’s not the badge or uniform… it’s the choice of HOW to do what they do and HOW to say what they say. Same as for all of us.

I think that quote is about the same sort of thrills some cops feel that criminals do, too, such as loud noises, adrenaline rush risk-taking, shiny lights and fast cars, etc… I’ve seen people expand that to breaking and entering but cops do it with consent of the state whereas the criminal has no consent.

I’m pretty sure that quote is “man-speak,” a shorthand of sorts, simplicity lacking in nuance. It’s actually the quality of empathy that allows easy recognition of … anything.

What is known about the most successful adults is that they share a common theme of having messed up as teens AND THEN… the AND THEN part is what matters, they turned themselves around. They do better than folk who were more well-behaved as teens.

So, the best cops would be those who were a bit of a handful and then learned to redirect that energy towards useful, productive and self-respecting goals.

    2. @A Cool Million Well written. Unfortunately for many they are not starting from the same place and as such crime becomes more likely. All things being equal it is an excellent analysis, particualrly in relation to the cops and legal thrills

  4. Oh he was having fun, his face expression could be scene on the tape.
The “I do what the F I want ” smirk

    1. No body yet observed the fact – 2 deputies sat on stomach and feet of the shackled black man forced upon face down on the curb of a main road – To expedite is demise and in the process could not even flutter his feet except calling out except asking JaredWifeDoer racist deplorables to have mercy and reached out to his (dead) Ma out loud while the racist taunted Mr Floyd :Get It Up.

SENT TO: Minneapolis PD:  Show Bauden this description of knee to neck relationship. Ask him how Floyd is so STRONG that he is able to turn his head and ELEVATE the cops knee who is reported over and over having his. FULL weight on the neck!!
Of course, no human is that strong.
Also. Ask him, where is the damage to neck that original autopsy distinctly pointed out.
REMEMBER how Bongigno on Fox  completely blows it when he says cop has FULL weight on mans neck!  So wrong.

      WHERE HE IS WRONG:

I see the officer touching car as needed with left hand to counter balance his weight on guys neck while using his right hand against car to maintain BALANCE also.

If his left knee is FULL WEIGHT on the neck, balance is not an issue(try it yourself on a car with your knee on the ground!).

Man could not rotate his head counter clockwise from left side of face being flat on ground to a 3/4 way rotation ending up with nose touching ground briefly. (clear on vid)

As head rotates, side of head goes off ground and head is now making ground contact with point of chin which clearly raises officers knee and causes angle of officers fibula (lower leg bone)  to increase in degrees of angle from horizontal (ground).  Notice also that left foot is being carefully coordinated in unison with the lower leg bones horizontal and vertical movement.

lt’s so obvious that the cop is delicately and skillfully FLOATING his knee above and sometimes lightly touching back of neck.  He is simply keeping man from raising head in an attempt to turn from stomach to upright position. If the head is controlled, so is the body.
Doing something that looks bad is not a crime, if so all Pro wrestlers would be in prison. Note: it must be stressed that the chokehold used causes loss of conciousness at 10-20 seconds and possible death above 20.  How long was he yelling loud and clearly till he went silent?

His body is obviously under totally effective restraint. Cop is exerting very minimal effort for 8 long minutes!

Also notice officer diligently looking down often at mans head to make sure his control of  him is just enough.

I’D ASK BAUDEN: How did you miss such a subtle detail of such huge importance!!
And You have 2 drugs, cardiovascular disease, 4 cops also contributing some unknown physical physical forces on body, he resists arrest, claims claustrophobia, timelines of he was, he wasn’t breathing, and was yelling for mommy somewhere in a breathing or not breathing phase, called for ambulance prior to death, was Covid, and also undetermined criteria and sketchy other details to numerous to count!!  They have proved nothing!
This murder charge is a lynching so obviously to placate the blacks.
GET THIS TO THIS TO HIS LAWYER-PLEASE!
                          ____

    1. In the most progressive of cities the democrats fail to deliver their decades of promises to blacks

  5. Question ‘Do you think it is possible for an entire nation to flush itself down the toilet’, America ‘Hold my beer’.

    1. USA think it is possible for the entire world to flush itself down the toilet to MAGA. What goes around comes around. America you are not great never was .

    2. The fact that you can’t let this joke format go screams volumes about how 2nd rate your character is. I checked for you….. originally isn’t available to buy on the internet. Just hang it up and walk away.

    3. @JC69 Really? To bad can’t go back in time and stay out of the world wars. You other countries would be wearing little square mustaches.

  6. The 3 Thugs Look Good in Their Orange Jump Suits , Rite Were They Belong , Hopefully For a Long Time , Thank You Minnesota AG Ellison

    1. You are absolutely correct. The three of them do look like bugs! What are the standards for hiring police officers? Do they have any? I thought they had to go through psych evaluations! We have to do better!

  7. Police who commit atrocious acts & break the law should be punished more harshly than average citizens.

    1. When these atrocities were first exposed and recorded some police thought they could prevent evidence from coming to light by confiscating cameras or forcing people to stop recording ” do as I say or I’m placing you under arrest” or just ” You don’t have my permission to record me” but as public servants they have no expectation of privacy while preforming their duties. There should be law codified, and understood in all law enforcement jurisdictions that citizens recording is a protected activity and any interference will be regarded as dereliction of duty, with loss of pay and a mark against further advancement in that department. There is infact such a law, it is part of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution but sadly most LEO’s know little to nothing of this document a document they swore to protect.

    2. Amiji K’Vala ,I guess it should be like the old days, and Eye for an eye let’s have three guys sit on him to make sure he dies slowly and begs for his mama to help him! And make sure everybody in the world watches him die on Camera as his family bags in please for someone to save him!

    3. Thousand of racist white cops living and working in this country right now. Black people need to wake up!!!!

  8. That cop clearly acted like he just had the right to do what he was doing to that man.Just another day on the job for him.How many others has he done this to????????????????

    1. @orphan 200 16 I was racillay profilied and then apologised to cos i was the wrong color of brown

    2. Yeh! A really good answer.Investigate all the badasses, many are out there right now harrasing people. But dont forget there are many many good people out there as well. They are NOT to blame.

    3. des miro Probably fewer than your think, appalling as that idea may be. White supremacists have been deliberately trying to get their believers into the police and military and have succeeded so well that police departments hire guys who openly state they’re members of a white supremacist organization. When the police force is disproportionately white, male and Trump supporters, you know there’s a racist tinderbox in every city

    4. Oh, and unless laws are passed, investigators are hired, firing of current forces, retraining of new cops, blacks will continue to be murdered by cops!

  9. Filing a false report, they all lied on their reports saying Floyd was resisting and that he died in the hospital, neither of which is true, he was complying and died on site while a knee was on his throat and artery.

    1. imiss toronto they worked together on security at a discotheque in Minneapolis, where Chauvin had a side job – for 15 years. I saw an interview with the owner of that club on youtube.

    2. Rinald: what bothers me is, when They lied saying Floyd resisted and died in the hospital and He died of previous medical history, They said it with no consequences. That is what bothers me much.

    3. @BudaVision 007 of course he was resisting… and anyone that resists deserves a painful torturous death.

    4. I heard on day one that they said his trachea had been crushed. Not heard anything about that since. Seems like there is some attempt to protect the cops.

  10. A ton of evil people still in the cop ranks. The people need to root them out because the DA, police, judges don’t

  11. He enjoyed killing Floyd you could see it in his face! If you watch closely he even did a little bounce on his neck at one point to make sure he was killing him!

    1. It was sick he had his hands in his pocket. If I would have been there, I would be in jail for assaulting a cop cause I would have tackled him off George.

    2. Stephanie Reynolds you would have gotten tased, possibly even shot for going for him. Even the dude who trains in jiujitsu knew escalating would have made it even worse. Horrible situation, but fortunately caught on camera so perhaps a new precedent can be establish moving forward

  12. It seems that Chavin was on a training mission, teaching the newer recruits how to take down a suspect with the least fuss and bother. “See how easy that was.”

    1. To JaredWifeDoer #BunkerBitch – Daddy take this bible as I cannot while I am working your #SlipperyMushroomPuny to enlarge and dominate America.

    2. @doyouknowdawae bunker boy is the same boy as spanky and the same boy as orange moron and same as scared baby trump! Now you have been educated! Now vote BIDEN AND BLUE in November if you are not a troll and can vote!

  13. He’s going to get WRECKED in court, and in jail….oh man..solitary confinement won’t save Chauvin.

  14. Really. That was so obvious.look at his facecial expression. He enjoyed murdering that man.

  15. George was dead when they put him on the gurney. Intentional and deliberate ALL 4 OF THEM . MURDER ONE and accessory in the first degree.

    1. Makes me wonder how many blacks are killed annually by white cops???? I bet the number is astounding!

  16. I’m a white 60 year old man .What those cops did was insane. That was murder 1st degree murder . They all should be sentenced to life in prison.

    1. Danny Creech , oh they’re going to send the cops to the safest prisons they can find they’re not gonna be put in with the general population ever! Because if you put them in general population they would be murdered Within the first 24 hours

    2. 1st degree murder is when the murder is intentional and planned. The murder was intentional but not planned so it’s 2nd degree murder

    3. @Ivanio death sentence 4 the one with a knee on his neck. Life sentence for the other three
