  1. Yes. The Republicans in MI have gone ROGUE! They threaten our strong smart women in public office ALL THE TIME!

    1. @Joel Rivard
Inviting people to go to Chinatown was a reaction to the racism that some people were expressing about Asian people; it had nothing directly to do with the ineffective and late travel restrictions put in place by Trump. Trying to tie Pelosi’s actions with the travel restrictions is a dishonest tactic.

    2. @Joel Rivard
Why are 90% of the domestic terrorist actions in this country perpetrated by right wing extremists?

    3. @keir farnum why didn’t coumo use the navy’s medical ship that was sent to new York to treat covid sick people. Instead coumo decided it was a good idea to send sick people into nursing homes

  2. I LOVE Sec Benson! She fights for us. .WE THE PEOPLE! Thank you, Velshi and Sec Benson!💃🇺🇸

    1. @jaygee YOU IDIOT…I CAN’T STAND TRUMP…AND I’M NOT A REPUBLICAN…ARE YOU REALLY SO BLIND YOU CAN’T SEE THE COLLAPSE OF AMERICA ON THE NEAR HORIZON???? SMH

    2. @WARRIOR OF GOD Anyone who tries to communicate by SHOUTING inane insults must expect to be taken for a trumpist, as they’re behaving exactly like him. If you expect to be taken seriously, stop acting like a maga gull, and try to communicate in a rational manner.

    3. @jaygee YOU MEAN FOLLOW AND BELIEVE ALL THIS BULLSH*T BLINDLY, QUESTIONING NOTHING LIKE YOU MORONS??? LOLOL!!! YER HILARIOUS….SMH

    4. @jaygee I’M LOSING MY EYESIGHT, DIPSTICK…TYPING IN ALL CAPS HELPS ME SEE…VISIT MY CHANNEL AND YOU’LL SEE THAT EVERY VIDEO TITLE, EVERYTHING I TYPE IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX, EVERY COMMENT I MAKE IN MY COMMENT SECTIONS IS ALL IN ALL CAPS…YOU REALLY SHOULD ASK BEFORE YOU ASSUME AND MAKE A FALSE ACCUSATION…THE BIBLE CALLS THAT BEARING FALSE WITNESS…SMH

    1. GOP are jumping state to state doing this so they never lose again … no point of voting anymore GOPs new slogan – Jim Crow is the way to go!!

    2. I call them to their face COMMIES. They are proud of their fascism so I call them the American Red Republican Communist party. That hurts them more

    3. @Erica Espinosa Erica, it really is more like fascism rather than communism. While both are generally authoritarianism in execution, they are very different economic systems with different underlying philosophy. But your are correct that they are fundamentally anti-democratic.

  3. Any citizen purged from voter rolls cannot be forced to pay any taxes until the next federal election in which they are allowed to vote.
Otherwise- it seems like ” taxation without representation” and I think we’re suppose to be against that…in fact I’m pretty sure we had a war at one point where that was one of the issues….

    1. I THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE TO PASS AN I.Q. TEST WITH A MINIMUM I.Q. OF 110 BEING ACCEPTABLE…THAT WOULD REMOVE 2/3’S OF THE VOTERS RIGHT THERE…

    2. @WARRIOR OF GOD how dare you. People not as smart as others have voices to. The media tells me that if you try to suppress votes then you are a white supremacist.

  4. All athletes should sit out games from Univ of Michigan and Michigan St. until this voting suppression effort is defeated. NCAA Transfer rule allow 1 free transfer so athletes wouldn’t need to miss a year by boycotting their letter of intent to those schools.

    1. YEAH…ALL YOU DEMTURDS SHOULD REFUSE TO VOTE IN ANY FURTHER ELETIONS UNTIL YOU GET YOUR WAY….LOLOL!!!!!

  5. This sounds as crazy as what certain people in Michigan were talking about in the 1970s when the U.P. was talking about petitioning for its own statehood. Look it up if you want I grew up there and it sickens me to see what my home state has become over the decades.

    1. @Separate Realities no I didn’t live up there although as a kid we did travel through it and to Mackinac Island on into Canada during the Stone age when you didn’t need a passport 🤣🤣. My kinfolk hailed pretty much from Southern and Southeastern Michigan.

    2. They’d rival Mississippi and West Virginia for poorest state in the country. Would be better off joining Wisconsin if anything.

  6. I am a Michigander and I am still waiting on the redistricting that passed in 2018 to happen. Republicans have dismissed our ( the constituents ) petition that passed, as well as our vote. They have delayed that and it is very telling in what they have done and are trying to do in this latest effort. The just want to cancel the voters so they can grab power and say they are working for the common person. We are not that blind we see what they are up to. I cannot wait for the GOP to go down in flames of their own making.

    1. @Alex Hamilton a million more people voted for the redistricting that Vivian referred to. You can go back to your uninformed cult now.

    2. God bless you, I wish I could do more for you. Flint Michigan is a prime example of the Failure of GOP and what they represent.

    3. @Justice Matters I looked at Flint’s history of Mayor’s and the political party they are affiliated with. I couldn’t find a Republican ever being elected going back to the 1990’s. I am curious, whet exactly is the Mayor’s job in Flint? I would like to explain how 2020 politics works based on the 2008 example. If the person you vote for is a Democrat, they run on the Democrat party platform. Republicans run on a Republican party platform. Which means that 90% of that politicians views on issues opposes the other party’s So if you expect Republicans to vote the way a democrat wants them, I doubt it. I use 2008 as an example when things changed. When Obama was elected and the Democrats took full control of Congress they lives by the No Compromise/deal Philosophy. After that any Democrat in Congress that served in a Republican State was probably going to lose their job the next election. They were known as blue dog democrats. So unless it is an issue you can agree with Republicans on I really doubt you will ever be happy 😀

  7. Why not come up with a counter petition to support the governor to not sign the oppressing bill. That way you can clearly show that the people do not want the bill passed.

    1. Yes, better yet, a bill that does an end run around their plans and makes the reforms they are trying to strike down law? Ensure easy vote-by-mail, accessible dropboxes, long poll hours at convenient locations, the whole package!

  8. The greatest con the Republican party ever pulled off was convincing the religious right to take the moral low ground.

    1. That was more of a “two immoral birds of a feather met together “ situation. Nobody was conned. They had the same agendas. The religious right has long been anti-democracy and anti-government.

    2. @Eric Klaus why do you people always have to resort to your ridiculous whataboutism and change the subject when you realize you can’t reasonably argue against the truth while also refusing to accept the reality of it. It’s sad.

  9. *_”Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”_*
      ~~ John F. Kennedy

  10. Well I’m not surprised Texas on the list, Texas is on the verge of becoming Blue, but when are they are going to address the issue of guns being at the polling places? That is such an intimidating environment for voters.

    1. Am pretty convinced that if not for voter suppression tactics, Texas would have turned blue at the last elections. Who needs guns to vote?

  11. Each of those 340,000 petitioners should be required to provide photo I.D, and well as having their addresses personally verified (one person should be enough to do the job.) That will take only about thirty years. Use Republicans’ tricks against them.

    1. Awesome! Dawsome. Now that’s what I call – scheemer falls in the very pit that he digs for another.

  12. It sucks that people from counties with just trees can control the laws in my state. I live in the Tri-County area around Detroit…where most of the people actually live.

    1. At least in Michigan there are trees. In a lot of western and midwestern states, like Texas and Arizona, there aren’t even trees.

  13. The GOP is at work to make absentee voting more difficult in Wisconsin too. Don’t let this fly under your radar.

  14. I’m in Michigan and I’m going to start making calls. These GQP lunatics gotta GO! NOW!!!!

    1. @PCBacklash _ fellow mitten here… look up your reps and call/email them! From state and local to us congress. We have to make our voices heard!

    2. I would think it would be possible to make a petition that counteracts this petition. I bet the petition to expand voting rights gets more signatures than the petition to restrict voting rights.

    3. BubblewrapHighway good for you. You do that. I just bet you are a Democrat. So exactly why would Republican law makers do what makes Democrats feel good?

    4. @Rebecca Presti I know who represents me, and I’m confident that calling him or e-mailing him won’t do a bit of good. But thanks for the advice.

    5. ya i should not have to produce ID to vote even though i need an ID to do about everything else important!

  15. Montana is trying also..All the Republican’s won there races here..yet they claim voter fraud in the Rural counties..That’s how they won..God bless 🙏

  16. This is a continuation of what the reps have been trying for decades. Until recently the Supreme Court has blocked most of their moves.

  17. OREGON votes completely by mail – lots of time to fill out ballot at home – no lines – track to see when your vote is counted – no voter fraud – easy as pie.
