With the level of gun violence in this country, withholding bail until the case is closed is absolutely necessary when on a gun change. Allowing bail gives this person an opportunity to go and do more harm to the sociecity in may ways including intimidating witnesses or commit more crime if they were really into what they are charged for however on the other hand if they are innocent in the first place all will be proven at the end of the trial.
