Jamaica is at a crossroad not knowing where to turn when it comes to crime among young people. Whenever a parent is apply disciplinary action to their child/children the same agencies and police accused them of child abused. This is the result of what parents are accused of in the past.

yes thanks to the Gov for allowing gangster and chopper music to grow and the kids gravitate to that sort of music so they live what they learn .those type of music should be BANNED
Blame the Government and not the incompetent parents smart.
I am sure at some point everyone dream one day is to live and not survives. If the opportunity the government gives is thin and fragile as a thread, why find reasurance in it?
It’s really unfortunate what is happening with the youths in jamaica but how the government plan to change them when they are not genuine they only gives a cheap solution(sometime) then expect thats it.
It’s like u give a village a bag of fish each and expect that will last them for a lifetime. Teach them how to fish not how to rely on the system.

Children advocate thing nuh serve nuh purpose a tall. Mi can strongly seh dat. I know a man right now who is struggling bad with his two daughters right now and every single time this man go a report to the police officers and to the children advocate service. Them keep on turning the man back and saying that there is nothing they can do. Is three years now and the man still making reports to these so call “ authorities” and still nothing. Right now the man give up and just waiting for his daughters to turn 18 so that he can put them out his house. That’s how messed up the situation is. At one point he tried discipline them and police threatened to lock up the man but yet whenever he go to the station. They keep saying there is nothing they can do kmt mek it mek sense!! Dem so called “ authorities “ yah a waste a time like seriously. Is either them get someone else who really cares and can actually get things done and not just collect money and appear on tv to put on a show as if them care kmft.
Talking talking about what to do an not doing anything significant makes no sense.
Parents are scarce in this society.
All I was thought was take ur education so you can get a good job. An now grown up all jobs I have seen so far are lacking professionalism, proper benefits, resources an a lot of low moral employees.
That in it’s self leads to corruption or temptation to get involved.
Nah blame no body we just have a choice. An the opportunity is available cause that is what we are allowed to see when we are young. Badness was an still is trending.

Still cannot understand how these people are still scamming, I get at lease three scam calls weekly, and I know what publishers clearing house is, I do not have to pay anyone money to collect money, scammers could be put out of business if no one sends them money, point blank

Why children are not in school that’s the government’s responsibility I think you should take a leaf out of United State book children supposed to go to school that’s the parents and the government responsibilities for them to be in school
