Mullet Championships hosting ‘best mullet’ contests for kids, teens | USA TODAY

Contests for the "best mullet in America" are underway for both teen and kid divisions in the 2022 USA Mullet Championships.

From spiky tops to patterns shaved on the sides, home-grown cuts belonging to three dozen minors across the country including Axel, have made it to the final round of the USA Mullet Championships.

Finalists from 16 states hope to take home the title of best mullet in the nation for their age divisions and a $2,500 cash prize.

  1. Isn’t the mullet hairstyle Native American? Why is it being bortayed as something that whites came up with? So hilarious I wish more Latinos would know the truth about the so-called White styles and whatnot🤣

    1. Damn does this really upset you. Relax pal. It was also originally a French thing, as well as a Benjamin Franklin thing, no one’s claiming anything. They became very popular a certain somewhere during a certain time period. Aka the 70s/80s
