Murder victim’s mother calls for Helen’s Law

A mother's campaigning for convicted killers to stay in jail if they don't reveal where victims' bodies are buried.

  1. What about the legions of innocents that were convicted of murder
    regardless. How are they to know where the bodies are? Are they to be
    victimized twice?

  2. It is a very interesting bill, somewhat double edged though. Still, hope
    she and the others find their closure.
