Myanmar protesters throw projectiles at security forces

Protesters were back in the streets of Myanmar on Monday after bloody protests over the weekend.

Eyewitness footage taken at street level shows protesters using slingshots and fireworks to confront security forces.

  1. if they had any sense they would take the fuel from the fireworks and make bombs with them to defend themselves. Maybe they are i dunno, goodluck with your revolution.

    1. @G Appleton They can decide for themselves if they would take the chance, and clearly they would.

    2. @MrDiscostu4u Yes, obviously they would use them and obviously they would die because the military has bigger guns and many more of them.

    3. @G Appleton the taliban fended off Russia then USA over 40 years with ied and rifles mostly.
      Respect their choice

    4. @MrDiscostu4u The Taliban is a military organisation. If this goes on long enough Myanmar will have a Taliban of it’s own. Two totally different circumstances here.

    1. If they had guns, the military would hit them with tanks and airplanes and there would be even more casualties.
