first we need a definitive definitions of “systemic racism”
Systemic racism means that even if you eliminated all racists, there is still racist policy/practices built into the system itself. Police carding is a great example and something Singh has called for ending multiple times now.

If one disagrees with another person no matter who they are, or what color their skin is doesn’t mean they are racist. Plain and simple.
@Matt Vella Colour is the Queen’s English, the origin of American English. So by default “COLOUR” is the correct spelling. COLOR is the basterdized version.
Implicit bias allows for your type of plausible deniability. In this particular case Jagmeet made a very link to what was racist.
