    1. At the end of the day it comes down to the police Chief since he is the number one reason and problem to the mess.

The only thing the Police Chief did was force his Police officers to preventing parent’s from going into the school and preventing other law enforcement agency from taking over and taking action.

The Chief single handedly prevented his own police officers from trying to save those children’s.

And the only reason why it finally ended was because a single Border Guard finally got to the school and went into the school disobeying orders and went in and shoot the shooter down.

So at the end the school shooting finally ended when orders were disobey.
Let that sink in disobeying the Chief was what finally ended the situation.

    2. @Alison Viscosi I Know! It Was A Shocking Display, Of COWARDICE! And Them, Blocking Folks From Helping!!!!!! That Was The Ultimate CLUSTERF#CK!!!!!!!!!!

  1. It has been obvious from the first minute, that many spineless, dirty badge wearing cowards, completely failed these children and their teachers. Any three of the dads or moms, being kept away by these cowards, at the scene, would have sent the killer to hell with their bare hands, even if they knew they would die doing so.

    1. It pissed me off so bad, I wanted to see a crowd of angry Texans rip apart that motherfucker and the cops too for waiting so long.

    2. But you’re a clean youtube viewer/ citizen who sat and watched the whole massacre unfold and you did nothing to fight against gunmen who kill children. You are just as much of a coward as police were. You are on your computer chair probably in your underwear and you’re judging police and playing Jesus Christ. Disgusting yourself with 6 month old youtube videos of the massacre. Trust me cowardice doest come any bigger than you.

  2. This debacle makes me embarrassed to be a former law enforcement officer.
Maybe nobody mentioned to these cops that service comes with risks. That’s the job. That’s what they are being paid for.
If you are not willing to risk being killed to save innocent children, you are in the wrong profession.

    1. @KingVJames The video shows they told the cops to not enter the building. Why did this County Commisioner not retire or be fired?

    2. @Leesa No they are not putting every cop in a box, however Uvalde cops not responding while listening to children being killed is unacceptable

    3. Awwa, Don’t be embarrassed….. Think, what are the chances that 400 coward Leo’s arrived at one crime scene? You know I’m mathematically challenged, but the answer is 0/0 chances……

    4. I totally agree with you… you should be embarrassed to be a former law enforcement officer. Someone should have mentioned to you there’s good cops and there’s bad cops, you should already know this. So it’s a bit more of pretending to be embarrassed and more like putting on a big show, or maybe you just want to brag and boast. Sorry I’m just calling it like I see it.

  3. Of course they knew… the issue is that long gap between knowing and when they FINALLY took action. So… that DPS employee, alobgside other members that day, have MUCH to answer for.

  4. Like I said about this story: a cover up from the very beginning. And Shimon’s reporting still shedding a whole lot of light is just astonishing and very heartbreaking to watch.

  5. I’m still in disbelief that one screwed up adult kid was able to destroy so many lives without anyone stepping up to stop it, not only that, but some did step up to prevent family from stepping in to stop it.

    1. Honestly it’s so horrifying to see this amount of cowardice in MEN not just cops – who thought their lives were more valuable than these babies! And HELD back parents from going in ??!!! The devil surely lives on earth

    2. We were had this problem when young people were able to carry guns to school. Back in the 50s in the 60s the boys used to carry guns to school every day from about the 4th grade on into high school. One kid in my school made a zip gun in the metal shop. We never had this problem until guns were outlawed in school.

    3. @T. R. Campbell yeah. That’s smart. Let kids walk around school with guns. I’m sure nothing will happen. Like an argument or fight. I’m sure they won’t use it on each other. Or the incel gets that gets rejected by a girl.. I’m sure won’t use the gun he carrying on anyone, right? 😐😶

    1. We need to hire people to protect the “coward cop” and get them fit too slow and cant even carry the heavy materials!!!!!

    2. @samuel rodriguez I don’t think you meant what comes across in your comment. You are suggesting to protect the cowards????

  6. That little girl begging for help to the 911 operator is breaking me inside. How can these Officers call themselves men, when a real man would at least try to protect the lives of the innocent pleading for help; especially with tac gear and weapons…..just cowards.

    1. The 911 operator is doing her job, but I really feel sad for her having to remember that moment talking to the little girl. Most people in that situation would feel extreme guilty, not because they did anything wrong, but they wished they could have done more.

    2. But you call yourself a man tho right? But you are at home watching 6 month old youtube footage of the massacre so what are you? Lol a cellphone warrior, an internet hero. Lmao don’t judge other before looking in the mirror. It was your job as a citizen to get involved. Nice try tho

    3. @GORDS Ruby Saved kids in Iraq from an ied and fellow marines. What have you done? Seriously. You gonna judge me. What have you done? Saved a kitten from a shelter. Gtfoh dude.

  7. I keep shaking my head every time this tragic story comes up. Heart breaking.
This was & still is a complete collapse of leadership, morals & decency at every state level.

Hundreds of responders trembling form a single gun shooting back & they keep preaching for more guns & apparently “he was relected last week” in Texas.

On a different topic same Texas – Don’t forget to book your tickets to Air cruise – winter is coming.

  8. I work in a field where things happen routinely that require investigation. At the beginning of my career, a person in leadership told me, “Always report the mistakes your team makes and the bad things they do, don’t cover it up. It’s not the mistakes that will get you into trouble, it’s the cover up.” So true!

    1. I agree with you about the cover-up. Aside from all the children that perished that day, it should be the second biggest story about this shooting.

    2. @Dr. David English Yes, they’re hiding behind a complex system of protections that only police officers have access to.
An EMS who refused to perform CPR? *FIRED* .
A firefighter who stood outside a burning building while a child cried for help? *FIRED* .
A soldier who hides inside an ammo box instead of supporting his squad in a firefight? *FIRED AF* .
And even a dispatcher who ignores the phone while it rings? *FIRED ON THE SPOT* .
Why is it that American Police are immune to responsibility? Ted Cruz, and 8 other fat old white men defended these cops from one man who was saying “Your training is to move in?! You guys didn’t follow your training, and more victims died while you stopped parents from saving their kids.”
The DPS and FOX News blamed the teacher, who was one of two teachers shot, for not securing a side door that was propped open. Even though that teacher *did* close the door, but our underfunded education systemt couldn’t afford to replace that door, which several teachers pointed out as faulty.
Fund our Schools, fund our children. Don’t fund cowards without balls.

    3. That was a truly wise rare person that taught integrity. Any cop that the tells the truth, nowadays is ostracized and gotten rid of.

  9. This is what happens when we prioritize police safety above everything else. Its getting so ridiculous cops are telling people to stop recording for police safety. Personally I think the officers wanted a high death toll in hopes the public would cry out for a great law enforcement presence in the community except that backfired spectacularly.

    1. Yes it backfired, citizens and youtube viewers did nothing to help stop gunmen who kill children. Great job as a citizen, great pointing fingers.

  10. Hearing that little girl, Chloe, on the phone with 911 crushed me. One of the most heartbreaking things I’ve ever heard 😞

  11. My heart goes out to the families of these children. No matter how you look at it. Our society let these children down.

    1. No, not all of society is willing to look away and hope the 💩 storm passes soon. It’s law enforcement that lets us down everywhich way but loose. They either over police using unnecessary force or they abandon us to whatever fate has instore for us as in this truly heartbreaking case.

  12. All it would have taken was ONE, one of those many armed men to have had the courage to open that door and shoot. Instead it was a hallway filled with cowards, that took their time to adjust their gear, look at maps and just stand around doing nothing and take up oxygen, while children was dying and crying out for help. This is so maddening, and these worthless humans should be punished and not be allowed to “serve” anyone.

    1. I’m so sorry you had witness the massacre, while you sat in your underwear on your computer chair watching children die. It’s the price good citizens pay to SIT UP!! for something they believe in. The children are so happy in heaven with your cellphone support, it means so much to them. Great job!! Maybe you train officers how to wait in the living room too.

  13. I’ve noticed all the replays of that day no longer includes the footage of the officers that had first approached the classroom running away as soon as they heard gunfire. THAT’S the part I find most enraging. Then there’s footage of an officer telling a parent they will arrest them if they even try to enter the building. I believe one mother did go in and got her child to safety.
Law enforcement, that day, cared more for THEIR lives than the children’s. They protected and served only themselves. Every last officer in the building, other than the very last ones to arrive and kill the shooter, should resign or be fired.
