And since there's been no positive proof yet, you can't possibly know for certain. You can THINK he's guilty, but you don't KNOW. That said: I'm with you tbh. His nickname was Randy Andy for a reason. I remember that time well. He was a partier, a womanizer and he very probably might have done it. But to state it as an absolute just isn't right. That's why we have a justice system. Flawed as it is, it's only that system that can talk in absolutes like that. Otherwise EVERYONE is guilty until proved innocent instead of supposedly the other way around. Would you want someone saying you raped someone and stating it is a fact even though they weren't there?
