@IHC Terra Collusion is illegal in the United States, Canada and most of the EU due to antitrust laws, but implicit collusion in the form of price leadership and tacit understandings still takes place.
@Red Dwarf in the US, there is no law saying “collusion” is illegal, it is called conspiracy and Trump is guilty of it. He and his son admitted it.
The Russian interference investigation did not list collusion as part of the mandate. They did not investigate collusion and if they happened to uncover any, they wouldn’t have indicted anyone for collusion.
At the very least it conspired to collude.
@Richard Christie there is no statute saying collusion is a crime. They conspired against the US with a hostile foreign power and attempted to overthrow Democracy and destroy the Constitution.
