“The public is watching” so this is a time we should all be able to hear Jacob Chansley’s side too. He has interesting questions that should be asked, and since he was peaceful he should be allowed to speak to news outlets(should be free on bail, BUT I feel maybe I agree too that he should not be allowed to incite others), I believe he was completely wrong about Trump winning but we need to check the information and facts he can present
My prayer for us(the US), is to talk and work together to fool(stop) those who wish to manipulate and divide us as a people
My point was that Jacob Chansley has legitimate concerns that I believe a large portion of the US share, regardless it they are left, right or center. He caused no physical harm, was in fact fully peaceful. The right to peacefully redress the government of grievences is fundamental to our democracy(1st Amendment here). Also when I found videos of him speaking, he presents rational clear communication of problems that if true would be of concern to all. He should be released on bail and frankly it is difficult to find anything serious he is actually guilty of (except maybe embarrassing the power structure,,,not a real crime, but he should not incite others). I do believe he was mislead by both Trump and Q posts
