Democrats are only good at outing their own people. Republican trash is a permanent fixture that some Democrats think we have to learn to acquiesce to and see their side of things because we all gotta get along. By some Democrats I mean the ones who won’t help get rid of the filibuster.

@Will Whitez The Republicans have gotten rid of the filibuster before, when it is convenient to them. They will likely do it again once they change voting laws in their states and make it impossible for a Democrat to ever win in their states no matter what happens.
As for what they could do instead of getting rid of it. They could also try some kind of reform. They could insist that the filibuster remain on the subject matter at hand instead of reading from the telephone book at random. They could also specify that you only get one glass of water and could not eat lunch while giving a filibuster speech. etc
They need better rules and some limitations.
