  1. When I had my stroke 7 years ago, I tried to call 911, but my speech was so garbled that the dispatcher couldn’t understand what I was saying. I did what was probably the worst thing anyone could do in that situation and drove myself to the nearest ER a half a mile away. I remember the drive and staggering into the ER, I woke up a few hours later in hospital, having no idea how I got there. Stayed 3 days, discharged out with meds, physical/speech therapist referrals, and a cab voucher to retrieve my vehicle. The mysteries of the mind are many and varied. Today I work as a dental assistant with no lingering effects from my stroke, but it took almost a year to get back to “normal”.

    1. You are lucky to have got to hospital, driving and eventually recovering. You have a powerful guardian angel.

  2. Goodness…Hope she is well. To have this footage released is valuable for the rest of us that might not know what looks like when our elders suffer a stroke.

    1. @Altitude Is Everything Right, and I’m most likely to witness a stroke happening to someone from my parent’s generation, not a 47-year old. Thank you for allowing me to clarify

    2. @Collin Samatas I agree, but still I do not think it explains, why do pdf file atheists worship al Lah?

    3. I committed that she would get better and my reply was from a point site.
      OK.
Is that how people are going to make it not important?
Wow, America, you guys are very sick minded.

  3. She handled that amazingly. Despite having a stroke she maintained composure and knew when she couldn’t go on. I hope that never happens again. Strokes are serious. You can become paralyzed by them.

  4. I’m originally from Northeastern OK. Back when I was working for UPS I made a few deliveries to Julie. She would have probably been in her mid twenties. She was an absolute sweetheart and equally adorable. I pray they address her medical issues, and nothing like this happens again. I’m definitely wishing her a long and healthy life.

  5. Best to this woman 🙏 My father has a severe stroke 13 years ago and is still half paralyzed. It’s a very tough situation for the victim and the family. Get help when you think you aren’t feeling right!

    1. 🙏🙏Blessings forever

  6. I’m glad she’s okay! I’m also glad they are able to show us what it looks like so we will know if something ever happens like this to us or someone we know.

  7. 1:33 Serene Branson’s aphasic incident was terrifying to see. While you might not recall her name, you never forget the case, which once seen makes you sit up on future incidents of concern.

  8. My friend had a stroke in front of me. He fell on the ground after standing up like as if he had a head rush. When he got up he was dazed and was having a hard time understanding anything for about a min. I wish I had known to call 911. He was 21 when it happened. Luckily he has mostly recovered after he had a second stroke.
