      ONE MAN WAS ALONE 2/24/17.

    1. @Kevin McNeil they based all their arguments towards the Democrats and not the evidence. They didn’t use any evidence. They started doing speeches in which they used no evidence or witnesses to come to a conclusion. Further more Boltons revelations invalidated their speeches right after it.

  1. “You don’t even have to be convicted of a crime to lose your job in this constitutional republic. Because if this body [Congress] determines that your conduct as a public official is clearly out of bounds in your role . . . because impeachment is not about punishment. Impeachment is about cleansing the office. Impeachment is about restoring honor and integrity to the office.”
    — Lindsey “Two Faced” Graham Jan 23, 1999

The Founders understanding of bribery was derived from English law, under which bribery was understood as an officeholder’s abuse of the power of an office to obtain a private benefit rather than for the public interest. This definition not only encompasses Trump’s conduct—it practically defines it…

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution doesn’t say anything about a coup. It says the president “shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

So shall it be written, so shall it be done…

    1. @Sovereign Butterfly that’s what Trump does, he uses, con and manipulates people to get what he want which is loyalty. He’s an opportunist seeking out those that are weak minded and easy to lie to.

Trump might not be book smart, but he knows how to reel people in with his lies.

    1. YOUR PHONE should be way more DANGEROUS NOW.

    2. Richard L. T. I’m not crying and I’m not going to get in a back and forth with you. Have a nice day 🙂

  2. We can’t remove the president base on “unsourced evidence” & I don’t want to hear from the source. There are no first-hand witnesses & I don’t want to hear from the first-hand witnesses. That’s their argument.

    1. the house found zero evidence of a crime..fact.. they blew it and must impeach him again to gain their constituents trust again… do not wait!

    2. Parnas’ recordings and Bolton are the sources but they won’t hear of it. Why? It’s too much first hand knowledge.

  3. A trial where the facts don’t matter and truth is irrelevant. When will protests in the streets begin…when will ” the people” become patriotic?

    1. @Adi-LMNOP and over 8.8 million say they don’t like Trump. I love how y’all brag about 100k people out of 8.9 million residents. That’s 1/89th of the population 🤣🤣🤣

    2. @Chronic Crypto As rude and annoying as Trump is, he is still better than Warren, Biden, and Sanders. So take your meds and put your head back in the sand. You will be fine.

    3. @shkspr78 s For some strange reason your bad breath came through loud and clear. Try lysol its more effective than listerine.

    4. @Patricia roe oh. How depressing. I was almost positive that I brushed my teeth in the last couple of decades.

  4. Thanks Trump’s Attorney Jay, you made me want to hear from Bolton even more and you can throw Mr. Kelly in as a side dish!

    1. Bolton’s information “leaked” at just the right time.
Rudy, don’t you think it is time to leak your ‘insurance’ docs and recordings NOW before they become worthless.
Dude, your fellow lawyers for trump are making fun of you – IN CONGRESS.

    2. Yes the Republicans and the White House had Bolton’s book since December and hid it from the Democrats in the House of Representatives

    3. Basically what they are trying to pedal is: Our forefathers did not put in Impeachment to protect us from tyranny. Another words from a person who thought they had sole power. They surely do not understand the Constitution and have no respect for our forefathers.

  5. The whole defence was purely for an audience of just one person. Alas, millions of viewers were ignored so that an obese imbecile could have his daily dose of adulation fulfilled.

    1. @oldrrocr
I bet MAGA teachers, writers, MUSICIANS etc etc….
HAVE ZERO IDEA THEIR PHONES COST THEM THEIR CAREER WISHES.

  6. I would love to be a ‘fly on the wall’ when Chief Justice Roberts gets together with the other Supreme Court Judges. They are definitely discussing where Trump’s lawyers received their law degree. It definitely has them scratching their heads. It must be the same reasons for justifying Trump’s Supreme Court judges who NEVER handled specific cases that warranted a place on the bench. Birds of a feather hang together. Trump and his choices for Supreme Court Judges show a telltale sign that he knows nothing about picking judges or lawyers.

    1. I am waiting for this vote on witnesses. I could be wrong, but I think the Justice can be a tie breaker if the vote on calling witnesses is a tie in the Senate. Roberts has to have some knowledge on what has been surfacing publicly. If he is a fair judge he would want first hand witnesses. Then we would have to see just how much the Senate wants to go against him.

  7. Unsourced information?? Gtfoh there was testimony from the intelligence community! I believe them over the Orange man any day

    1. Tracy Davison what do you mean? The intelligence agency isn’t reliable. Putin is a more reliable source than our intelligence agency. Trump said so himself… Srsly though how does a president trash his own country and still get some much support from people.

  8. I’m so tired of these games. I don’t care if there is an election coming up. This highly corrupt President remaining in office sets a bad precident.
What are we saying we are OK with our President doing?
    *Bribery
*Withholding Congressionally approved funds for personal gain
    *Obstruction of Congress
*Putting personal interest above National interest
*Taking the word of Russia over that of the FBI
*Locking up families in camps along the border
*Taking back Government support of Civil Rights by propigating hate speech about women and minorities
*Damaging the interests and safety of our Allies
*Arbitrary removal of troops assisting our allues with no preparation against all US Millitary and Congressional advice
*Asking our Foreign Adversaries to investigate American Citizens

Thats just my quick list of what Trump is doing to our Republic. Draining a Swamp doesn’t mean you jump right in and go for a swim. It also does not include running the White House behind a curtain that removes all transparancy

  9. They know he’s guilty! To quote El Presidente “ take him out , now”. “Put his head on a pike”. I’ll come and spit on it.😡

  10. You lose all credibility arguing Bolton’s “unsourced” comments can’t be evidence when you refuse to allow him to testify.
