Former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) reacts to President Donald Trump's address from the White House press briefing room. Santorum said it was "very disappointing and shocking" to hear the allegations and hoped Republicans would defend the election's integrity.

    1. Even hypocritical assholes draw the line somewhere. The fact that even his staunchest supporters oppose his attempt to steal the election (by claiming the Dems are trying to steal the election) shows that there is still some integrity left in the US.

  3. We’re at the point where reality is truly stranger than fiction. Even exaggerated TV shows are calmer than what’s really happening here.

The US is a failed state, a political body that has disintegrated to a point where basic conditions and responsibilities of a sovereign government no longer function properly (see also fragile state and state collapse). A state can also fail if the government loses its legitimacy even if it is performing its functions properly. For a stable state it is necessary for the government to enjoy both effectiveness and legitimacy. Likewise, when a nation weakens and its standard of living declines, it introduces the possibility of total governmental collapse. The Fund for Peace characterizes a failed state as having the following characteristics:

      Loss of control of its territory, or of the monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force therein
      Erosion of legitimate authority to make collective decisions
      Inability to provide public services
      Inability to interact with other states as a full member of the international community

    1. @David Clark And Trump abandoned our allies the Kurds at the border because Erdoğan wanted it and he always cozies up to dictators. He loved him some dictators and continuously put down NATO, something Putin absolutely wanted (demanded)? Trump was a foreign policy *disaster.*

    1. 30000 turned up to one of Trump’s last Rally, 200 turned up to Biden’s. That’s people in the flesh supporting their candidate something that can’t be faked on the news or TV via polls, data, statistics that are proven to be completely inaccurate time and time again. The only place you see any significant support for Biden is on the news or on the Internet. When you get out and start talking to people in person you quickly become aware that the vast majority of Americans supported Trump. The news is lying to you

  5. They won’t stand behind him, they’ll go into radio silence until he leaves office then avoid whatever questions they’re asked about it. That’s what they’ve been doing his entire presidency.
