I am very happy that I no longer have any dealings with JPS that company is a disgrace, they have monopoly so they can do what ever they like and the so called OUR they are supposed to the regulators, but, as we can see they are very complacent and not consistent in their job. I no longer have any dealing with that company I use solar and generator, It was very stressing trying to get answers from that company about the high light Bill’s each month. Now I have peace of mind.
