    1. @Calvin Harrison numbnuts Murder 1 would never happen if you understand criminal codes.
You would have to prove that they all had intent of one thing and one thing only and thats the outright premeditated murder. And that can’t be proven.
They would walk away scott free.

    2. @Calvin Harrison two of them can simply claim and will did they subdued a man that was resisting arrest for seven minutes they did not know that any knee was on a person’s throat murder one for this seriously??

    3. @Calvin Harrison one police officer had his back to the scene pretty much the whole time holding back a crowd of people murdered wood for this is never going to fly.
The punishment must fit the crime.

    4. @Mark bodmanif the officer had conducted himself in a professional manner, he wouldn’t be in this situation

    5. @TheJmustang07 something we can finally agree upon. Is it murder one for Four cops I don’t think so however.

    1. @South side chicago Paid tool? TP toilet paper USA? Stfu and sit down, fool. This is class warfare and you are despised by pos potus dump.

  1. Trial lawyer Gerry Spence wrote a fantastic book titled “Police State: How America’s Cops Get Away With Murder.” He offers at the conclusion these possibilities of how to put an end to the wrongful killings and cover-ups by the police and prosecutors and the entire justice system. 1) No more forced confessions 2) All police must wear video cameras that fully reveal their conduct 3) Better psychological testing for police candidates 4) A citizens’ commission to oversee police conduct 5) We must elevate our police to the status of professionals 6) Additional suggestions for police training 7)Return the grand jury process 8) Outlaw the testimony of jailhouse snitches 9) Relief for the accused when, at trial, the prosecutor hides favorable evidence from the accused 10) Dealing with the dangers of the “courthouse club.” 11) Curing the evils of overcharging people with multiple crimes that arise from a single incident and 12) We must get politics out of the judiciary. Check it out. It’s a great book, and it covers several of his most famous cases in detail.

    1. Wow! Thank you for info about how to make things better! I’ll order the book today! 😊❤️

    2. As a retired court clerk I think “bail” should be included in the list of travesties. There’s so many people sitting in jail, some for years, because they can’t make bail. I saw bail as low as $1000 on a simple non violent crime & if you have no support you can’t get out. Seeing privileged people walk with $1M bail or a plea deal because they have high priced lawyers, makes me ill.

    3. America as an experiment in democracy is failing tremendously: people of colors: every shade are con tinually disenfranchised.. nothing new there, some people’s so called #45, has no capacity to feel for anything or anyone because he clearly can feel ONLY for himself. We are being mistreated, disrespected, illegally disenfranchised, MURDERED from the beginnings of America. You cannot persist in inequality across the board and NOT expect protest & revolutionary, much needed Change. This is a long time coming. History of humans is repeated time after time without necessary growth & success in positive ways. Planet EARTH is home to ALL of us, it is OUR responsibility to keep her healthy, thriving & safe for children & grandchildrens Future. I’m tired of all the lies, deceit, murders of men if color, their filling the incarceration institutions disproportionately . ALL LIFE MATTERS , it always does. Everyone VOTE, be safe, listen to the scientist & medical experts…praying for humanities positive change in real time☮️🌍🌎🌏☮️

    4. @Alicia Roberts Maybe there is hope for democracy yet? Especially when you see police and protestors by the thousands cooperating peacefully as we did in Los Angeles yesterday. It demonstrates that we can come together as a society, be cooperative and understanding, en masse to make a statement. It also shows a force of strength and numbers that outweighs any of the evil undercurrents lurking about that would undermine this movement.

  2. Wasn’t it the Rodney King incident in California. Makes you wonder why all of these things keep getting buried.

    1. Try 1619 because even wondering pondering out loud was a crime for the enslaved Africans and might get them tied to tree and whipped to send a message DONT PONDER OR WONDER anything other than being enslaved 🤮🤮🤮🤮

    2. william carter 😪😪😪😪😪. What we were and just can’t seem to get away from. Some things changed for the good but when it comes down to it . . . . We go right back to past ways again.

    3. Starlee Hays Sister this is our time to change the whole entire landscape can it be done Queen only time will tell stay safe stay alive 👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿

    4. All are labeled”incidents” murders, physical & mental abuse of mind, body , soul. Unacceptable in the history of this country & around the world. Those who disapprove of protest clearly have not the understanding of change. It is not effected by “this is not the right way”. Murder after murder after murder centuries ongoing, inequality, one set of laws for European descendents, (the so called real ones), that the same European descendant’s cavalierly ignored if you are all colors except caucasian. No more excuse, fake lip service change, be they independents, Republicans, Democrats,, governor’s, mayor’s, AG’s, armed services, those who are sworn to protect & serve, the commander in chief, those who 911 for nonemergency BS: there’s people/person of color playing music that’s not American, walking out neighborhood looking suspicious, oh I’m scared for my life he/she/they are getting emotional..oh please help me…enough of the madness, blindness: PREJUDICE is alive & fliurishi g in real time in America!!! Stop the madness.. ENOUGH

  3. We truly need equality for all. LGBTQ have been on the right track all along.

    1. Can you please tell me what President Obama did for blacks and civil rights during his time in office? Can you put please tell me what Joe Biden has done for blacks and their rights while he was in office for 8 years?

  4. *”USE of FORCE Policy”, Qualified Immunity, Police Unions, Government Wants Total Control, NO TRANSPARENCY!!… it is not to GD hard to Figure out where the problems are!*

  5. …and around the world we have people demonstrating and protesting; supporting the USA. This is global. Right?

  6. Trump standing in front of that church holding that bible like he stalked it thru that park and shot it down….. Holding it up as a trophy….sad.
Vote 11/3 to remove the worst potus in American history.

  7. Isn’t murder already illegal in the country? Why do we need a law against a specific type of murder? Why do we need a law against lynching? Should we also have a separate law against poisoning? Or stabbing? Or shooting? Or beating someone to death? Or dropping someone in a nuclear reactor? Or drowning a person?

  8. When someone shot MLK we ended an era, from the Rodney King beating we ended an era, when DONALD J TRUMP TEAR GASSED OUR RIGHT TO PROTEST PEACEFULLY HE ENDED AN ERA!!!

    1. @Kurt Kepler OMFG, you watch the video, I saw tear gas, flash bangs, and very excessive force that was completely unnecessary and you’re going to sit here and focus on one little thing I said, when Donald Trump decided to hurt peaceful protesters that’s when TRUMP ENDED AN ERA!!!!, there are you happy now?, are you going to pick and choose a word to play on so you can put in your two cents?, you saw what I saw and we can take what we want from it but what I saw was 1939 Hitler.

    2. @JußtJammin 777 Really 1939 Hilter ! Where are you getting this from? Peaceful protesters that where told three times to move back one city block from the capitol building. Three times ! And you dare to compare Trump to Hilter – you are insane.

  9. It looked like Jim Crow in Mississippi through which I lived. Constantly living with the threat of being snatched and disappearing, never to be seen again was terrifying. Trump is our worst enemy. He’s the devil 👿 we can see. Republicans turned him loose and he’s wrecking carnage on the people across the nation. VOTE BLUE AT EVERY ELECTION!!

  10. This whole thing going on across the country, I think is the result of a “Perfect Storm”. We started with Covid and the administration’s gross mishandling of it. The fact that the African American community was the group most affected by it. We also have all the stay at home orders with people, especially young people getting really edgy until states started to loosen up. When you look at some of the interviews of kids on the beach being very belligerent about breaking the law, you can see the seeds of the mindset of the young people of all races. Then you have the catalyst of the killing of George Floyd. The underlying anger of the African American people came out. You have decades of mistreatment of the African American Community with recent killings of men and women in police custody or during police actions like the lady killed in her apartment. Now you have Donald Trump and his Administration clearly at a loss as how to handle this situation. Trump has no understanding of people outside his inner circle. He only comes alive during his rallies, every other interaction with the public is stiff and staged like the whole walking to the church thing. But to do that, his people broke up a peaceful protest in a very aggressive way. It is events like this that show the real character of Donald Trump to the American people as a whole.

  11. What we are missing is people who have a real voice to protest with these people. I would like to see Anna Devere Smith, Will Smith, Spike Lee march with these people. But we also need leaders of the other populations to march. I would like to see people like The Dixie Chicks who represent a radical voice in Country Music, some of the other Country Music groups who come out of oppressed communities in the South like Kentucky, I would like to see voices from Detroit, Philidelphia. Some of the Sports stars who could have a real voice. People from the Hispanic Community. These are all people who have been affected adversely by the Trump Administration. Some of the Seniors who could have a voice and march arm in arm with the young people. There is momentum and it needs to continue in order to have people like Mitch McConnell write better laws for people other than himself and his cronies. I’d like to see some politicians get out and march for change.

  12. Maybe America needs to have a special “Cop jail” where convicted bad cops go, and aren’t subject to the same level of danger that cops are exposed to when put into the regular jails. Then maybe the “good apples” would be willing to turn in, and testify against their “brother cops” that have gone bad. Its not real justice, but it might get more of these racist, violent cops convicted of the crimes they commit.

  13. the protest is international — Australia, France, England have had protests over the public killing of George Floyd by police … maybe more by now
