Honestly, I was hoping he’d go to prison, but I guess being fired is the best we could hope for given the current state of affairs surrounding the criminal justice system.
Just another thing to put on his resume. He’ll get hired in another department which is sad. But this is the world we live in.
I don’t know how this is even a question. The man was pleading and told them that he could not breathe 11 times. That officer squeezed the life out of him while he was being subdued by 3-5 other cops!!

@sandinyourshoes white, black,spanish, indian, Chinese purple or green it does not matter about the race. a life was taken, reverse the situation for a moment put your self in the family situation what if that was a close family member of (yours) that was choked hold like that and it was captured on video and millions of people saw it and everybody (clearly) see that the cop is guilty including you and (your) family, years pass…. but nothing has happened to the cop except being suspended with pay $$$ how would you and your family feel…

Choke “hold”, “hold”, “hold” ……..The cop took him down by the neck. That is all !!! NEVER A CHOKE “HOLD”. The Medical Examiner determined that a choke hold was not the cause of death.

I forgot about this case smh, its really insane they are taking this long on this case involving this “officer” its not like it was a he said she said situation… Everything was (captured) on video!!!!! and it shows clear as day that his choke hold caused his death. So WTF are all these technicalities and delays!!!? Put him in prison case closed!!!!
