    1. OK, thank you District Attorney for weighing in on your vast knowledge of the law. That’s not how it works in law enforcement shootings.

    1. @H H 1 was done in broad daylight and had witnesses. The other at night with no witnesses other than the 2 cops on the scene. See any difference?

    2. @H H No body cam needed in this situation, the whole world saw it as it happened. If body cam caught the other incident, I’m sure the video had to be seen/investigated before a decision was made. Either way there’s no excuse for killing unarmed citizens.

    3. @Give It To Me He will be punished, the charges are subject to change. He will be put away for a long time, the world is watching.

  1. It won’t end until the other 3 cop’s that stood there and watched are taken in and all are charged according

    1. @Glory to God Thank u for clarifying that. All 4 of them should be strangled to death-Justifiable homicide. YES!

    1. They can’t say that. As obvious as his guilt might appear, he’s innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

    2. @Harzburgitic Exactly. The media reports the things that happen. And unless it’s an “opinion” piece, they are supposed to do it as objectively as possible. They can say it sure APPEARS that this cop’s actions led to George Floyd’s death (which it does) but they can’t call the cop a murderer. Not yet. Although since he has now been officially charged, they can call him an “alleged” murderer.

    1. @Hans Danzig they wouldn’t, but they certainly would put a corrupt police officer in jail for killing an innocent person.

    2. @Hans Danzig have seen you all around comments trying to defend. wow this just shows you are exactly like them and why the world is how it is.

    3. @Hans Danzig You don’t know honor. Why was he arrested then?
You must be a racist or some other form of ameoba

    1. He’s charged with manslaughter and third degree murder none of your guys evil plans lol

  2. Everyone please give and receive from each other the “advice” that is right, reasonable, keeping balance and protecting the right.

    1. Jack Smith: I’m curious about why you’re not outraged? And why you conflate criminals killing people and cops killing people as if it’s the same thing? The outrage is over cops getting away with murder. Are you too dense to understand that or too callous to care?

    2. @Maargen Bx Nah, he’s just too busy polishing his knob for when he gets to go to a MAGA rally in the future.

  3. You know this is big news when Covid-19 news is replaced with “Breaking News” on YouTube.

    1. Hahaha, the media machine is done with Covid. Instead of owning up to the fact that they assraped the country with their hysterics, they’ll just move on to race riots again. It’s been a while.

    2. @Kyle I personally don’t think the media’s fearmongering is really the problem. I think it’s that there are a lot of people who just can’t handle this pandemic properly. Let me guess, you think the virus is a lie?

    3. @Spit Dragon If there’s one part of this whole Trump witch hunt it’s this point. What was he thinking?

    4. @Reed Austin since the virus has never been isolated and none of mainstream media’s Claims can be backed up, Yes, it is a lie. Orchestrated, just like these riots.

    5. @Ticalion so you’re saying that Covid-19 is a lie, made up by the entire government. Remember that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Also, what would the government gain from all this fearmongering if it really is a lie?

    1. @CherBear YOU MEAN THE ONES BURNING DOWN BUSINESS AND LOOTING LOOKED TOO ME LIKE A HOLE BUNCH OF WHITE FOLKS WHERE ALL THE BLACK FOLKS AT????? ANTIFA AT IT AGAIN!!!?😎😎

    2. Have a fair trial, conviction, and sentencing, to show no one is above the law, especially not rogue cops. But then put him (them) in gen pop. Their notoriety would surely not go unrecognized.

    1. @Nathan they’re burning down their own city. They deserve to be shot for being as stupid as they are

    2. @Gary Vance you really wanna start looking at police killings in GOP cities and states? Maybe check out Texas… the Tuttle and Nicholas police murder that even Chief Avecedo defended till the family hired a private team and caught the cops mid lie… one example of hundreds in GOP controlled places. Learn something, read, cure your ignorance.

    3. @Gary Vance I never realized all police brutality only happened in blue districts. Interesting how true that is.

  4. He’s been arrested and charged with murder and manslaughter. It was announced by the Hennepin County Attorney.

    1. Third degree murder: Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.

I don’t understand how the officer’s unauthorized and unnecessary lethal force, and his blatant disregard for Mr. Floyd’s life as he cried for help is considered “unintentional”. But in the end I hope justice is served without bias.

    2. @Traci Schmidt they just released the autopsy saying he died from an underlying condition not asphyxiation

    3. That pig should be locked up and put in gen pop. And let the inmates put their knees on his throat every day for the rest of his life so that he can be reminded and know how George Floyd felt.

    1. Veloxy sorry I meant if the victim was not black or a minority, but rather Caucasian. I hate to say it but he would probably still be alive

    2. Tim Wilson true, but being a bystander isn’t a crime in the US. One man can change the world, even a dead man 💔🌏

  5. “They’re deciding on what to charge him with”
Really?! Unless they charge him with murder, this just shows how corrupt our gov works.

    1. Dude.. they need to take the time to charge him with something that they are certain of the jury can convict him on. A rushed case could set the man free..

    2. @Manu Leilua
      The ONLY point.
IF protesters want justice then they should stop giving the defense attorney all the ammo he needs to have bias brought to court.

    3. Manu Leilua this is not good he has not been found guilty and executed until then there will be no peace

  6. Fun isn’t something one considers when arresting cops, but this does put a smile on my face.

    1. @M T i watch it on ufc nearly every Saturday night. We also do jiu-jitsu, so knees on heads, chokes etc.. aren’t a big deal.

    2. S EE not to debate semantics but in this case- i agree/disagree with you, bc justice in this case would mean him getting convicted of murder and being locked up for a LONG long time and hopefully, not getting to even live out that sentence bc he gets some prison yard justice, the exact same brand he served to George Floyd himself- he should get his own neck stomped on. So, i do think he deserves “justice”- but not mercy* which I think is what you meant here. No he had none for George and it was a GROSS abuse of his power that he never shouldve been given in the first place there is zero justification for what he did. None. Period.

    3. American Dude0520 Third degree murder is only used in Minnesota, Florida, and Pennsylvania. I don’t know exactly what it is but it has something to do with abuse of power and unintentionally killing someone with unnecessary violence.

  7. Q: Why did it take so long for Derek Chauvin’s arrest?
A: He and the authorities was exercising his white privilege. Duh!!
