  1. i am praying that all these safety protocols works , because if not many people will die !

    1. they only work as long as the people are willing to follow them, it only takes one person to say it’s fake or a hoax, not mask or socially distance and begin a new hot spot.

    2. @William H Music 2020👈 naive moron extraordinaire, as well as Major Troll. Maybe try to… walk outside. It’s a lovely day in Russia.

    3. @William H Music 2020 please reconsider the red candidate then.. we dont have to vote the incumbent. He really is a huge mistake

    1. @Bill Cook the RO of the virus is 2.2-2.7, but could be higher once we see how many people had it and never knew it. Seasonal flu is 0.9 to 2.1
The biggest issue with this virus is the high number of asymptomatic infections. The flu you get sick you take it easy, you know your sick, COVID is the majority of cases people don’t even know it.

    2. The reason why the Trump administration scrapped the detailed reopening guide from the CDC and put a muzzle on Dr, Fauci is
because none of the states currently meet all the guidelines. So these states are now being guided by a secret plan from FEMA. Mark my words, every single state in the U.S. will reopen their economy by the
end of May regardless of how many COVID-19 cases or deaths there are or
whether they have done enough testing in any particular state. Don’t matter if it’s a Republican or Democrat run state. So governors on both sides of the aisle are in on this agenda not just the GOP. Public school nationwide will reopen in the Fall.

How do I know this? It’s because from the start of this pandemic, Bill
Gates said to shut down the nation for 6 to 10 weeks then reopen the economy by the end of May 2020 and open public schools in the Fall. Thus, all governors will blindly reopen their governments because there are no guidelines in place. Trump will continue to pressure all governors to reopen just as he recently pressured the governor of Virginia, the only state with a stay-at-home order that extends beyond May, to comply. While this is still a theory, time will soon tell.

  2. What Ohio has done is set up a snitch line so that if an employee decides to take his or her health first instead of sacrificing themselves for some stupid job then that employer can call the snitch line and that employee will be kicked off of unemployment thereby forcing that employee to put their children if they have children in school or in daycare and that employee back at work where he or she most likely will contract the virus and most likely die so I wish the media when interviewing this man “the Ohio governor” asked him about that

    1. @Emcee Donald Let’s put those corporate executives to work in hospitals and retirement homes since they are getting most of the $ from the corrupt Trump regime.>.>DUMMY

  3. I’m not a Republican, but I have thought Governor DeWne has been doing a good job….until he started cutting the budgets for Medicaid and Education so he could maintain BILLIONS in the Rainy Day fund…it is raining in Ohio Governor DeWine! His administration also published a website for EMPLOYERS to rat out employees who don’t return to work because they or a family member is vulnerable because of this virus. If they don’t report to work, they lose all benefits, but there is no website to report EMPLOYERS who endanger their employees. He has been enjoying his Good-guy label so much but then he plunges the knife into the backs of Ohioans.

    1. It’s a shame that when Ted Strickland, not a perfect person by the way, spent the Rainy Day until there was only $.47 left, they would have had you believe that he was the worst person ever. But what they didn’t tell you is that it happened during the Great Recession when Ohio had plenty of rainy days, if you know what I mean. Strickland also was blamed wrongly for costing Ohio 400,000 jobs. While those jobs were lost on his watch, they were not lost because of him.

    2. Mike DeWine’s support nationwide is slipping but Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s support is rising, in my opinion!

  4. Ohio isn’t even past the peak yet and it’s governor is trying to reopen! Another republican putting money ahead of human life

    1. @II nosferatu II YOU are a liar. I’m in Cincinnati, Ohio and I don’t know many ignorant people you do as I am too smart to hang around people like you and neither does anyone I know. The VAST MAJORITY of Ohioans do NOT agree with your statement. Speak for yourself as you are NOT qualified to speak to another person and most certainly not the MILLIONS of others in Ohio. OHIO does not agree with YOU.

    2. @Heather Melissa dude you live in southern ohio. I promise you northeast ohio which is home to more restaurant/bars than anywhere in the east aside from New York city, we want to open. Go look at cleveland.com on Instagram. People voted. They want to open.

  5. It was the Republican Party that gave tax breaks to manufacturers, who manufacture things like swabs, to move their businesses to China. Now they complain about not having these supplies.

    1. Athena Grace The corporate wing of the Democratic Party who are not very different from Republicans.

  6. In my Ohio County the only way to be tested is to be admitted to a hospital. It is an effective method to keep the number of cases to appear low.

  7. Hey Joe- How come you aren’t talking about the federal govt dragging their feet on giving out more relief money to AMERICANS?? Or how hard it is for Americans to get their “unemployment”?? Or why big business got so much when armed Americans are storming state houses to re-open because they can’t pay their bills?? WHERE ARE AMERICANS TAX DOLLARS?? We need them back during this time!!

    1. Or how all the money meant to go to small businesses went to big oil, the airlines and other giant corporations.

Joe is a whining dishonest piece of trash like all corporate owned msm mouthpieces, every bit as bad as Fox

    2. Absolutely, if ordinary Americans are going to survive, they must be financially sustained. Not the rich–the people who need regular
      assistance to survive.

    1. Do you care about money?

Probably not, momma probably keeps the refrigerator stocked full of juice snacks for you.

    2. @Russ Folts course I am I’m not voting for any open border gun grabbing more taxing Democrat

  8. Sorry, I ain’t goin’ nowhere when the infections and deaths in my state continue to rise daily but please feel free to keep asking people who don’t care who catches it about it. I’d rather drown in whiskey than go down from corona.

  9. Governor. I am offended that you reversed your decision on wearing masks because people find wearing masks offensive. Your decision is putting people in danger.

    1. What’s going on with DeWine? I liked how he was handling this pandemic – until very recently!

    2. Just left a dollar tree in zanesville. The workers almost all had their masks below their nose and some only covering their chins

    3. @Debbie Meyers Noticed that around Cleveland as well. Employers can easily find out how to properly wear the masks and since its not a routine that most people are used to the local, state and federal government could put out some guidelines.

  10. Tell that to the employees of all the different factories throughout Columbus who are being threatened to lose their jobs if they don’t start going back to unsafe conditions that the governor has not tried to correct.

  11. I live in Ohio and I am terrified to leave my house, and for good reason. This virus is highly transmittable and opening up the economy this soon is reckless and stupid. I wish that the US would look to other parts of the world that opened up too quickly, i.e. Korea, and learn from their mistake, but I guess that’s too much to ask. Governor Mike DeWine is opening up way to fast!

    1. I think you need to gather more information, about global results. No offense at all, honestly… but, your statement is clearly inaccurate. You are definitely on the right subject and you’re in the right direction but… there’s loads more to know.

    2. If Ohio’s Covid-19 cases go way way up, DeWine may regret his decision to open up early.
In Michigan right now, one renegade barber in Owosso has opened up his business against Gretchen Whitmer’s orders.
Perhaps DeWine wants to open up *all* of Ohio’s barber shops.
If he does, I *may* have the guts to visit a Toledo area barber shop at the end of the month. I live an hour away from Toledo and two hours away from Owosso.

    3. Cases are going to go up, especially with additional testing. The problem with COVID is most people wont even know they have it.
NYC antibody tests are showing 21% of NYC have the antibodies and were never sick.
      https://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/cuomo-outlines-reopening-roadmap-for-new-york-as-daily-deaths-hit-lowest-level-in-weeks/2390949/
CA antibody testing is showing 221-442K people had it and never even knew it.
UK study is showing 95% of hospitalizations were people that had underlying condition.

      https://www.dailywire.com/news/sky-news-95-of-england-covid-19-victims-had-underlying-conditions

What is comes down to is if you are healthy and get it you probably wont even know.

  12. Celebrating Ohio. .by gutting Medicaid and School funding 4 750 million over next 2 months..yet morning joe apparently loves the guy.

  13. I have a court hearing at the end of July and just received a letter stating that “Due the the coronavirus in Ohio, court rooms will remain closed ” now I have a court hearing via video court at the end of july….. 🤔 but they want everyone else to go to work.

  14. Mike DeWine, you stopped making masks mandatory in your State because of people whining,
no one loves to wear a mask. How about you step up and lead?
