She already agreed to a price. Now they changed their mind and want more money.

Considering they were selling units as far back as 2016? Shouldn’t they have already started construction? If I had to look elsewhere to buy a new place, I’d sue the developer for the price difference. If they had delivered earlier, then the price difference wouldn’t have been as bad.
