I am more disturbed by the fact that there is a little girl in the backseat, having her window smashed literally in her face. This to me, speaks to the innocence of a generation being tainted by the foolishness of others.
Charged with mischief? What is wrong with our policing/justice systems. This was an attack on a family. The least few crimes that the perp ought to have been identified with and found guilty for are: using a vehicle as a weapon, endangering the lives of children and their parents/guardians, and a hate crime. Again, a demonstration that our societies reward those who act out in a harmful manner.
You can get up to 20 years for mischief.
