  1. This is all wrong, something smells, numbers go lower each time they go up, then boom there low enough to reopen even though the chief medical officer is not happy and wants to wait.

    1. The “chief officer” does not want any responsibility. This is all BS. We’ve simply destroyed the future of our children and grandchildren over this . No virus and no war (except nuclear) could have done what the cowards and political hacks have done.

    2. The deficit has hit 1 trillion dollar. There are only 8 million taxpayers left. That $125,000 per person. You better have ten kids to pay it back.

  2. New York, Toronto and Montreal have the top 3 busiest subway systems in North America. It isn’t at all a surprise that all 3 have the highest death tolls from COVID19. Vancouver isn’t nearly as busy and we have a huge Asian population who dutifully wear masks. Vancouver hardly has any infections. We also have a huge percentage of commuters who choose to commute by car. If you thought cruise ships were petri dishes the subway is by far worse! It’s so evident.

    1. So they commute by car… then keep their social distances in a crowded office building? I’m speculating but that doesn’t sound very preventative to me. The masks, yes.
