A Toronto police constable is accused of failing to act on the pleas for help from a young woman days before she was fatally shot.

  1. The thing is, every single case on earth is he said she said, until a thorough investigation is conducted to prove what the truth is. Individual officers have made themselves judge and jury over people’s lives and that is wrong.

  2. Jeez…..so sad she didn’t have that all famous ‘restraining order’, then she could have defended herself with that!!My deepest condolences to the family and friends of this woman ❤❤

  3. Although this is a case of neglect, often the cops persecute and charge the victim. So often, they have a soft spot for the violent criminal. After repeated interactions with the cops, the criminals learn this and come to believe they have the right to do anything they want.
