INDECOM wasn’t around in the 1990s and tens of thousands of Jamaicans were murdered in that decade, not to from the early 2000s until 2010 when INDECOM came around to create a balance an to address corrupt elements and practices in the JCF.

The police had a death squad operating in Clarendon, and one of those policeman is now doing life in prison after confessing to murders and was found guilty in a court of law. “CHUCKIE BROWN ” and how can you be arguing for a modern police force to have death squad, we have a justice system.
The politicians are the ones who aid and abett these Dons, this same gangs call klansman that is now causing all kinds of problems in Jamaica could have been put down long ago, during the PJ PATTERSON administration, one little known PNP MP name HEATHER ROBINSON had some problems with BULBIE and his crew, and she told her party that she was not going to hug up any gunmen in her constituency, and the PNP didn’t not support her, she had to resign from parliament and from the PNP.
