Should the OLC memo stating that a sitting president cannot be indicted still be enforced when someone becomes president by illegal means, such as breaking election finance laws to cover up a campaign-killing sexual affair while his wife has just given birth to his son??A policy is by definition not a law or even a regulation. Take a look. The lower brackets have higher percentage cuts while the higher brackets have lower percentage cuts. This means that the lower brackets save more money.
Also, the standard deduction and the child tax credits were doubled. These are flat rate amounts which become a lower percentage of your income as you make more money.
