March 15 marked 17 yrs since my friend died of stab wounds to the neck. She was a 6th former at the Queens Sch. She was on her way home from sch when an unscrupulous maniac robbed her of her phone and stabbed her in the neck. Fast forward to 2022 and this is still happening. My God my heart goes out to the family.
It was only last week I was thinking about my friend. She didn’t get to complete 6th form and graduate with us. She didn’t get to go to university. She didn’t get that dream job. She didn’t marry her boyfriend. She never had kids.
To the mother of this child, I pray one day you will find peace. My condolences to his family and friends.
